This budget property is located outside the down town, but location is really not too much of a problem with ready availability of Tuk Tuk. Even the front office and staff are congenial and attentive. The room size and built are also alright. however, the air conditioning is pathetic. No great concern was shown by the hotel management to rectify...

We stay at the hotel from Jan. 9 to 11, 2016. The hotel itself is basically OK, BUT... The breakfast is reprehensible. It consists of bread, some, syrup / sugar, water / juice, rice and coffee. There is nothing else. It is located a bit remote, but it's no problem to get to the center

This hotel is a very small step up from a Guest House. The rooms are quite clean and the air conditioning worked for us. Do not look for an elevator or a pool. The "restaurant" never had anyone in it except for the breakfast buffet for tour groups in the morning. There really is so much to do in Siem...

Comparing to another hotels in Siem Reap at similar price, this could be a bit lower than average. I stayed there 3 nights including new year eve. It was our pure biking trip. We spent an hour in the dark cycling circle around to find hotel. Even locals living next to hotel didn't know this hotel and the map given...

It is located along a rough dusty road. No elevators & the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. Leave the air conditioning unit on whenever you leave. The temperature in the room will be comfortable enough when you get back from shopping or sightseeing. Food was okay, just had small dried fish & omelette from the breakfast buffet spread....

After complaint, they changed room but was no difference neither. Last day, decided to ask for a fan to be placed in the room. Staff was not dishonest as they said that I have not...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in January 2015. The rooms are basic but the mattress is firm and very comfortable. But what makes this hotel a lovely place to stay is its owner and staffs. The hotel's owner Ryan was very helpful and efficient with his replies from pre booking while I was gathering...

We were picked up by the hotel tuk-tuk driver on time. The room was fine for a budget stay yet I would still consider it as not clean. Found dead butterfly on the first day. We were given welcome fruit-banana and drinks-iced water. The hotel packed breakfast for us early at 5am as we left to Angkor early in the...

“I advise you to book the front rooms if possible if you like seeing people, all kinds of activities in the street 24H/24H. but if you like silence, the relaxation...and so on, it'll be better to book the middle or the back rooms. I myself always stay in the front rooms.”
