Booked this guesthouse for all the good reports on Trip Advisor. Was very disappointed, the first room we got was dark, dingy and mossie filled at the end of a corridor. After complaining we were told there were no other rooms. Next day we were moved to an upstairs room which was marginally better. This guest house is at the...

People that run this place are very friendly and helpful but the rooms and the breakfast were pretty poor to be honest. Absolutely no atmosphere or vibe. We felt we were in a ghost town most of the time. Location is not bad though just a short walk into the main market area. At least it was quiet here away...

Very helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. About 10 minute walk to the Pub Street area for dinner/nightlife. Good breakfast was included in the morning and they actually started earlier one morning so I wouldn't leave on an empty stomach!

I love this hotel. My husband and I spend a month travelling round the region, staying in a total of 10 hotels, and this is by far my favourite! We actually ended up staying twice- once for exploring Siem Reap and the Angkor Temples, and again on our way back to Bangkok after travelling round Cambodia. Upon arrival you are...

We just loved everything about Jasmine Garden Villa, from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we felt welcomed and were so well looked after. Beautifully decorated rooms, a lovely verandah with cosy orange seats and a beautiful jungle garden entrance. But it was the staff that really made it shine, so very friendly and genuine and some...

The villa is located 10 mins walk from the pub street. Staff very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the rooms leave loads to desire. The bathroom is old and not very appealing. Instead of the blanket or a sheet you get a towel and a table cloth to cover. We paid 25 dollars for a night which doesn't represent value...

My first stop in Cambodia and the main reason that I decided to spend my 3 week vacation in the country instead of just passing through on my way to Vietnam. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, guiding me to places in Siem Reap that I would never have found by myself. Thank you Sophia.

We stayed at Jasmine Garden Villa for 3 nights- We found the staff helpful and welcoming but there were a few things that needed fixing in the room. Free drinks were offered on New Years Eve and a refreshing towel and arrival drink plus a farewell gift on our departure. Staff were friendly. The room however needed the fly wire...

We stayed at the Jasmine Garden six nights. It is down a side street leading away from the tourist areas around Pub Street, but less than a 10 minute walk from all the action. The room price includes free pick-up from the bus station, airport or boat dock. The guest house is quiet for the most part, but with more...

The hotel is so perfect, the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. They found us a french guide who lived under the Khmer Rouge regime, Mme Khatna. The best experience I had in Cambodia. In our last evening the manager came and took a beer with us, it was really nice. The staff was always ready...
