We walked in, having paid already for the whole week, and walked straight back out again. Despite paying for a fan, we were told we would have to pay extra for air con. There were no windows in the room. It was dirty. You had to pay extra to use the swimming pool, which is in the hotel opposite. This...

We arrived in Siem Reap with no room and found this nice little guesthouse after a short search. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they can organise trips and transportation if needed at reasonable rates without having to go through the hassle of negotiating elsewhere. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. They offer...

I really hated this hotel because it promise good service and a nice place to stay. We went here for the first time and I never knew it would be this bad. It is like a house with some rooms from 1stto 3rd floor I think. The rooms are full of mosquitoes. They overcharge customers, 1 cup of coffee is...

On the first night I arrived I stayed on the second floor and then I decided to move downstair, as the rooms on the ground floor are larger and better. All staff I met are friendly and very helpful. Just ask Kouch, the staff supervisor if you need to arrange day trip and tuk tuk rent. The breakfast was ok,...

We had booked two nights here, but woke up the first night sourrounded by bedbugs in the mosquitonet and on the linen. We were already bitten. We informed the reception next morning that we wished to cancel our second night because of the bedbugs. The very friendly young man, who seemed very sad about the situation would see, what he...

How this has got good reviews is beyond me, we arrived late at night and couldn't even find it down the bottom of an alleyway as they had had a power cut, these things happen and we appreciate that and they had a generator so it wasn't too bad, they checked us into the two rooms we had booked and...

Typical Khmer house, mostly made of wood and feels somewhat unstable. Upper floors are bit rickety but I stayed on the ground floor, specious room, nice bed and very comfortable. The staff very helpful and nice. Buffet breakfast and tea and coffee available throughout the day. I met Kouch, tuk tuk driver who was very friendly and became a friend....

The accommodations clean and more than sufficient for what I needed. I got my own room and bathroom for less than $20, including airport pickup. There was even tooth paste, tooth brushes, and soap. The staff was very helpful. They organized an Angkor tuk tuk for me. I highly recommend!

The staff in this hotel is the nicest I've ever met, they will welcome warmly and help you in any way. We had an issue with a tuk tuk tour and the manager fixed it right away! Rooms are quite clean and provided with water, coffe, soap, toothbrush etc... The city center is also quite close: 15min of slow walk....

A nice little place near the centre, minutes from the park. A pick up from the airport was convenient. Staff were very friendly and really tried to make your stay easy. It is not a 5 star hotel and most rooms do not seem to have windows, but the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Also a nice lounge area...
