Then when they came to change the sheets he hung around expecting a tip. We are happy to tip but not for bad experiences. Shower...

Bar snack of fried Stilton & radicchio sandwich so swimming in fat that it was inedible. Sent it back and the replacement was just the same. They did not charge when we objected to the bill. Meal expensive in the restaurant & disappointing. Too bigger portions. Hotel shabby chic but as we had come from Raffles Phnom Penh it was...

Dear Valued Guest, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that our traditional colonial atmosphere was not to your taste. Our apologies that you found the food and beverage also not to your liking and we take great pride that the majority of the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We politely suggest that a fried option...

Very nice property--well situated---and lovely grounds. Food good-service good---rooms great--and they really try to please their guests. Morning Buffet is plentiful, and some evenings they have a nice show and outdoor buffet

This hotel was just amazing. The staff addressed you by name which was not only amazing but made you feel special. Everything about it was great. The food, the fabulous Mojitos and the staff. The pool was lovely and just what you needed after a tour or trip into town. An experience not to be missed.

One of the key characteristics of the Raffles hotel is their wonderful staff, who is always attentive to our needs. From the manager and down they made us feel at home. With no doubt, this hotel is a fantastic place to relax. Do not spend all your time at the temples and enjoy the hotel!

Set across from the Royal Palace, is one of the landmark historic hotels of the legendary Grand Tour of Indochina. Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor first opened its doors in 1932 but the legend lives on today after careful restoration. The hotel is rich in Cambodia history and full of original treasures, right down to the original working cage elevator in the lobby. Our doorman still welcomes everyone in a uniform inspired by the Royal Palace With the privilege of over 15 acres of beautifully landscaped French gardens and built around the country’s largest swimming pool, the hotel is a peaceful oasis to which to retreat after exploring the temples in the UNESCO World Heritage site only 10 minutes from the hotel. Stroll along the river to the vibrant markets and wonderful array of dining options. In addition to beautifully restored guest rooms you can choose from one of the luxury suites, including our most popular Cabana Suites with direct access from the balcony to the garden and pool. You may be surprised to know that Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor also has two of Siem Reap’s most luxurious two-bedroom Villas, providing utmost privacy and personal butler service in the private poolside setting. Food gourmets will delight with a variety of options including the popular Raffles Afternoon Tea and the Apsara Terrace, Siem Reap’s best cultural dance performance and dinner in the poolside gardens.
