We stayed for two nights, arriving around 10am after being picked up by the driver at the airport. He was waiting for us and we made the short (~20 minute) trip to the hotel via tuk-tuk. Inclusive pickups from the airport are always appreciated and help to make travelling so much easier - impressed! We arrived not expecting to be...

Good hotel with supreme location a walking distance from city's to do spots as restaurants, pub Street, the market zone. Staff is very much service oriented and supportive. No spa, but just swimming pool and massages, which is misleading. The room is comfortable but pretty ascetic. Greatest issue here is that mosquitoes are everywhere including the rooms. For sure this...

Great location and greeted by very friendly and helpful porters and receptionists upon checked in and that was about it. Wish we could say the same for the concierge though. They weren't very helpful and they didn't seem interested in answering our questions. The F&B staff just went about doing their job with an expressionless face. It would be nice...

The staffs made an effort to remember the guests and even my tour itinerary. They were friendly and helpful. They offered alternative options when I asked for late checkout. Don't expect too much for the buffet breakfast. It has limited choices but enough to keep us full. Please bring mosquitoes repellent and mosquitoes patch. You will definitely need them for...

Not a bad word to say about this hotel! My friend and I stayed here as our first stay in Asia to start our travels. We were picked up from the airport via tuk tuk and welcomed with a drink and wet cloth to freshen up. The staff were faultless, someone took our bags to our room and gave us...

Spent four nights at this hotel. Great place to stay. Wonderful service and friendly staff. They helped to arrange transportation and circus tickets. Comfortable room and nice rooftop bar. Easy walk to market and restaurants. Not far for museum either which is well worth visiting after a couple of days of temples.

This hotel was my favorite accommodation in Cambodia. The staff were really a difference-maker. Extremely friendly and helpful. I looked for different tours in town but landed up booking my activities through the concierge. Much simpler and prices were consistent. Rooms are not huge, but very nice with a balcony. Breakfast was great! Location is extremely practical, easy to walk...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. We have been traveling for 2 months, and by far, this hotel, and most especially their staff have been exceptional. From the moment we received our welcome orange juice to the day we checked out our stay was wonderful. The staff at reception were beyond helpful when I needed to make...

I spent three nights here. Pros 1. It is in a great location. It is in a quiet area, but is still just a 5-minute walk to Pub Street and the night markets. 2. The breakfast is a decent buffet. Definitely enough to keep you going. 3. The rooms are large and clean. My room was quiet at night (I...
