This hotel is situated on a busy road but the rooms are very well insulated, there was virtually no noise when the glass doors were shut. We had a lovely view of the pool and paid a small amount extra for a suite. The room size and amenities were very good, we were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay...

If you can get a room close to 45 us dollars a night and want a place within walking distance to the entertainment and food, then this a good place to stay. I stayed here before and after going to Japan and was not disappointed with the hotel, just the tuk tuk drivers outside, has they have little local knowledge...

Enjoyed my stay so much I booked again as I came back through Siem Reap. Staff are wonderful and the location is right at the market and Pub Street but the right distance away for peace and quiet. Will be back!

The Royal Crown is a good quality hotel situated in a busy area close to the town centre. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Inside the hotel is calm and quiet; there are two small pools with a few sun loungers at the side. After a hot and hectic day cycling around...

Great! Great hotel! The localization was perfect, no more than 2 minutes walking to the Pub Street, with the Hard Rock Cafe in the corner and a Market to buy food and drinks in front. The room has spacious and clean. But the really spectacular was the staff, they were very attentive and nice. I strongly recommend.

We stayed for two nights, arriving around 10am after being picked up by the driver at the airport. He was waiting for us and we made the short (~20 minute) trip to the hotel via tuk-tuk. Inclusive pickups from the airport are always appreciated and help to make travelling so much easier - impressed! We arrived not expecting to be...

Good hotel with supreme location a walking distance from city's to do spots as restaurants, pub Street, the market zone. Staff is very much service oriented and supportive. No spa, but just swimming pool and massages, which is misleading. The room is comfortable but pretty ascetic. Greatest issue here is that mosquitoes are everywhere including the rooms. For sure this...

Great location and greeted by very friendly and helpful porters and receptionists upon checked in and that was about it. Wish we could say the same for the concierge though. They weren't very helpful and they didn't seem interested in answering our questions. The F&B staff just went about doing their job with an expressionless face. It would be nice...

The staffs made an effort to remember the guests and even my tour itinerary. They were friendly and helpful. They offered alternative options when I asked for late checkout. Don't expect too much for the buffet breakfast. It has limited choices but enough to keep us full. Please bring mosquitoes repellent and mosquitoes patch. You will definitely need them for...
