Had a great stay at the Saem Siem Reap Hotel. Great hotel with an incredible staff. They were so accommodating with arranging my car pick up from the airport to arranging my tour of Angkor Wat. Definitely recommend that you stay here when in Siem Reap!

Stayed here happily for 4 nights. Hotel is clean and friendly. Rooms are large and well equipped. Room service is good and everything replaced daily. We opted for a deluxe double without pool view and so did not have a balcony, which was no issue at all for us. Efficient air con. Fridge and complimentary bottled water. Our room backed...

This hotel is simply wonderful, the staff, the food, the rooms and the quiet location. My only issue concerned the Tuk Tuk's, these are the small carriages that are towed by motorbikes, and they're the most popular mode of transport for getting around town and visiting the temples. Most hotels will have a small gang of Tuk Tuk drivers who...

Stayed for 5 nights on our recent trip to Siem Reap. Arrived early in the morning and was met by the Assistant Hotel Manager, Mr. Sopheap Sor and a nice cool refreshing drink served by a smiling staff. Even though the check in time was later in the afternoon, we were able to check in and was accompanied to our...

Nice hotel; I was impressed with very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice buffet breakfast. Reasonably situated - in proximity to town and tourist attractions. Mr. Sopheap Soc, assistant manager, was extremely helpful.

We got a great deal on booking.com. Enjoyed warm welcome by young, professional, eager-to-please staff. great rooms with all amenities. Quiet, peaceful, convenient location. New hotel boasts great example of traditional architecture. Probably biggest breakfast buffet spread I've ever seen.

I'm so pleased with this hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and given a welcome drink. They upgraded us to a room right next to the pool and showed us in detail a tour of our room and amenities. The location was perfect. Just a 10 minute $2 ride on a tuk tuk (which they...

We stayed at the Saem Siem Reap for 5 nights with our two small kids (aged 2 & 4). The connecting rooms we had worked really well and the staff were always extremely helpful and attentive. The tuk tuk service from the hotel means the short distance into town ($2 one way) was something the kids always enjoyed - and...

The most helpful staff you can imagine. Beautiful pool, reasonable restaurant prices, close to but not in the center which creates a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Excellent wi-fi. Even after you check out they have a shower facility and you can use the pool, which is what I did because I had a late flight.

Nice stay and very kind/attentive staff. Our room was on the ground floor and offered less privacy than we expected. Breakfast buffet is good with a decent variety to choose from. We had a non smoking room, but as on ground floor, lots of people were smoking near pool and outside the room next door; and we found the room...
