I stayed at this secluded paradise in the midst of the hustle bustle of Siem Reap for 4 nights and was amazed at the personal touch to the service. From the reception to the restaurant to the drivers and the guides the service is focused on making you feel at home. The term they use "welcome home" all the time...

This is a very nice hotel with a local feel. The lobby has an open feel with comfortable seating areas, water features and sculpture. There is a lovely curving staircase that we used to get to our room. Elevators were also available. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a room on the second floor that had a...

This is the best hotel we stayed at during a 26 day 4 country tour. Outstanding accommodations, restaurants, bar/lounge and service. Highly recommended. Our group of over 100 were received in a royal manor. The farewell banquet food, wine and service never stopped. Best choice hotel in Siem Reap.

Husband and I stayed here 2 nights as part of a post cruise land extension. The hotel staff was warm and gracious and went out of their way to make our large group comfortable as we arrived before check in time. They provided refreshments and facilities for us prior to our embarking on our first tour. Ate the buffet lunch,...

From the moment the driver meets you at the airport, your Siem Reap holiday begins. Guests are welcomed with open arms from that moment. Step into the hotel lobby, and you are greeted by architecture, and decor with the 'wow' factor. Best of all is the staff, generous in smiles, open warmth, and a good deal of patience thrown in...

We arrived here after a trip to Ho Chi Minh city and a 7 night river cruise up the Mekong River with Riviera Travel. A large pool with comfortable seating, complimentary towels and sun hats(a nice touch)....
