Upon checking out, the front desk staff informed me that a beer was missing from the fridge. Even thought, I told them I haven't had any drinks from the fridge, they basically told me that isn't true and that I did have a drink and forced me to pay. I would have stayed and argued but I had to go...

Stayed at the Angkor Palace resort and spa for 4 nights. Had a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. At one point the AC was working and when I called the front desk a porter was up to my room in less than 3 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend this...

We visited the Angkor Palace and Spa for two consecutive weekends. Both times, our room was clean, staff were extremely friendly, spoke very good English, were welcoming and efficient and the breakfasts were really good. Our tuk-tuk driver Touch Sopheak was excellent and offered a competitive price for a day-trip and was extremely reliable with short trips into town. The...

What a lovely hotel, a little outside the main town area but that was quite nice. Set back from the main road so nice and quiet. They do a shuttle bus to town or tuk tuks are $3-5. Rooms are large with big bathrooms and a balcony. Facilities at hotel are excellent, two pools, gym, tennis courts and large grounds...

Staying in this hotel was a lovely way to end our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia. All the facilities were excellent - spacious rooms, excellent breakfast choices, lovely swimming pools and very friendly staff. Away from the centre but easy to travel in on a tuk tuk or use the evening hotel transport.

We stayed here for three nights when we arrived in Cambodia. The rooms were of good size. The pools was lovely, and exactly what we needed after long day at Angkor Wat. We were disappointed to have to pay for additional water (all other places have given us as much water for free). The massages were lovely and the spa...

Best hotel of our trip to Indochina. Bit out of the centre of Siem Reap but easy cheap tuk tuk ride in. Beautiful pools in lovely tropical gardens. Breakfast excellent. Only real negative was that it was a bit dead in the evening but who cares when you have Pub Street down the road.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights at the end of our Cambodia tour. A beautifully landscaped hotel, a liitle out of the town of Siem Reap. The rooms are very large and well appointed with huge bathrooms with separate shower cubicles and powerful showers. However the electrics in our room were a little erratic- the TV channels were...

This hotel is gorgeous but it main highlight is the service. I will recommend it to everyone. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of foods including omelette bar and noodles station to prepare at your choice. The grounds are impeccable maintained and the two swimming pools are beautiful. Difficult to decide which one to go in.
