Our group stayed this hotel for 2 nights, except friendly and helpful staffs, others are normal. Room was so so, quite old, no free wifi in room. You just had free wifi in reception lobby but so slow. Breakfast was lower than average for 4 star hotel but staffs in bar and restaurant are nice. Plus point is they had...

Myself & wife stayed here on the 19th to 21st September, 2015. The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Located along the highway, it is very peaceful with many basic facilities like swimming pool, restaurants, bar and in-house massage service. The room we stayed (Room 320) was quiet, clean with twin beds, large bathroom and the usual...

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay in Siem Reap. Recommended for friends and family. Just a tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street. Hotel can also arrange for a tour and also a transportation if you consider to cross tbe boarder to Thailand.

Ok. The lobby looks very nice. With wooden reception etc. The rooms are under my expectations. Tired after touring could get me to sleep everywhere though, the the bathroom is not clean. Toilet worn out. And the view is a building two meters away. The personnel is friendly though. And that makes it a little better.

The hotel room seems dirty and had a strangle smell. Its bathroom hot water pipe was broken & I had to take shower under cold water. The electric outlet were also broken. Do not recommend for your friends.

This hotel doesn’t look bad from outside appearance but it’s really bad. It is very old and needs 100% refurbishment. It smells bad especially in the elevators. The lobby smells of fried food whenever they’re serving something to tour groups in the restaurant. The room smells of cigarette smoke. The hotel caters to budget Chinese and Korean tours. People on...

I had the most unpleasant 6 nights stay in this hotel. The room they gave me was just next to the many aircon compressors from the next door hotel. It was like sleeping in an engine room. Even when they changed my room after much persuasion, I could still hear the "engine noise" but as bad. They claimed WIFI is free...

Stayed here for two nights last July. The hotel offers airport shuttle for a fee. Location is somewhere near the airport. Rooms were just OK and please note that they don't have smoking rooms. Free wifi at the lobby ONLY, wifi in the room has a charge, location is just also OK, few mins to downtown but you still need...
