Accommodations were of a 5⭐️ hotel. Their hospitality-beyond description. Everything was absolutely out of this world. Room was very comfortable with a great shower, a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and a TV with Netflix which got some usage on rainy parts of the day. The restaurant and the variety of food was superb (kudos to the chef for creating such delicious food options) including awesome breakfast buffet. Golden Temple Residence is in a perfect location to explore Siem Reap with Pub Street being a mere 5 minute walk. Everything is reachable within a few minute walk from ATM machines to restaurants/pubs, massage parlors, grocery shopping and pharmacies. Not to mention the numerous souvenir shops… The staff at Golden Temple were absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly and made us feel like part of a family. Rin, Ratanak, Him and Rosa are just a few of the staff that made our stay very memorable. Housekeeping staff were immaculate in their daily cleaning. In the evening, they always left a weather report for the next day and snack in our room. The incredible and dedicated staff-always with a smile-won’t be matched anywhere. Nine days was simply not enough…would love to have stayed longer. Thank you Joey for everything you and your staff did for us.

The Golden Temple Resident Hotel was absolutely magnificent. The lobby and restaurant area are beautiful, the room was spacious and the decor represented the Ankor Wat heritage. The bathroom was 22 feet long, and contained everything needed.
The hotel was situated within a short walking distance to the old market area, the night market and best of all it was within a block from Pub Street. Pub Street comes alive at night. If you simply want a cold draft beer the average cost is .75 cents.
The hotel arranged a full day Tuk-tuk and driver for each day’s visit to the different Wats and other sites. The cost was minimal and hassle free. The driver was knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
The most enjoyable experience of staying at the Golden temple are the staff. All of staff were extremely friendly. You are greeted each time that you return from an outing or adventure. Also they bring you a cold washcloth if you are hot, along with an ice water before you return to your room.
The morning breakfasts are delicious with lots of items to choose from. If you order an omelette, the chef writes “Good Morning” written with ketchup on your plate. Tharin was extremely attentive to our needs. Always greeted us with a smile at breakfast.
We stayed nine nights and throughly enjoyed our stay at the Golden Temple hotel.

The moment you step inside the hotel, you are transported to a lush oasis with the pool on the left and a receiving area up front where one can wait for check in formalities while enjoying a welcome drink and a cool towel just perfect after a long trip from Phnom Penh — all these while being located close to busy Pub Street and markets. While temple themed decors in hotels are common in Siem Reap, what really sets this hotel apart is the warm welcome, the culture of service, and staff going out of its way to please guests. The front office staff was efficient and housekeeping acted on a minor concern with the aircon promptly. All I did was to tell the housekeeping staff and in a few minutes a technician was at the room and the problem was solved quickly. As a group of 11, we did have quite a number of bags but how they managed to sort out the bags and deliver them to the correct rooms demonstrated efficient coordination between front office, the concierge, and housekeeping. The in-house spa was clean and staffed by well-trained masseuses. The lighting could have been more subdued. We were well taken cared of at the hotel. I commend the management for its service-oriented staff. They truly reflect the image of the gentle, hospitable and friendly people of Cambodia.

The Apsara touch 2.5 hour was an amazing relaxing experience. A unique foot wash and body scrub to start, followed by a skin softening AloeVera soak, several rinses and then a thorough deep tissue massage to finish. Either as a couples, singles, or friends- though friends might want to book separate rooms if you’re modest with your nudity. The ginger honey tea and fresh mango at the end was a particularly enjoyable way to end the massage.

I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff, the room and the overall amenities are outstanding. My family and I have traveled all over the world and this place stands at the top.
At breakfast, the staff ensures that the food is replenished and updated every day. The room is spotless and has amazing touches such as fresh flowers and fruit when you enter. The pool is a nice crisp temperature after a hot day and the staff is there to provide a refreshing drink.
The true highlight of the hotel is their guide, Choub. We happened to learn about him through another group but had the fortune of learning that he works directly with the hotel as well. From airport pickups to daily adventures, he and his driver were amazing. Wherever you visit in Siem Reap or Cambodia for that matter, he is and will be the go-to person for us.

The hotel staff are all smiley and kind. They give me lemon tea and banana chips at check-in. The banana chips were delicious and I bought them as souvenirs and left. After the second day, they left vegetable chips in my room.
Breakfast was a little different from day to day, especially Cambodian noodles and omelettes.
The rooms were cleaned every day and were spacious and very comfortable. The shower is fixed, but the water pressure and temperature are fine.
