We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our tour. Key needs of a spacious, quiet and clean room and a decent shower all well met and breakfast is excellent. You are a little way from the centre of town (night market etc) but tut-tuts are always available outside the hotel and very cheap (approx $1 per person) and...

We stayed for 3 nights at Tara Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap and enjoyed our stay very much. Large, wonderful selection of food for breakfast, the rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. I particularly loved the bathroom and shower :0) All of the toiletries available every day made our stay very comfortable. (Shaving supplies and toothbrush/toothpaste provided). Close to...

It's a modern hotel, clean and spacious rooms with everything you'd expect. It;s on quite a busy road and though we did try to walk into the centre after we arrived it was hot, humid and noisy with traffic fumes - get a tuc tuc as it's only about 2 US dollars. The food in the hotel was OK with...

Good hotel with great staff and in a good location. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy although in need of an update. I would be more than happy to return here for my next stay in Cambodia.

We spent five lovely days here while we explored the temples. It's well located for that purpose and the facilities are good. The breakfast is also good and offers a variety of delicious food. We didn't have dinner here, choosing to eat out instead. The good sized pool (with jacuzzi) was our main attraction whilst in the hotel however. I...

Very comfortable modern hotel on the road out to Angkor Wat. The usual Cambodian friendliness & cheeriness much in evidence. The rooms are spacious & clean, really big (super King-size) bed, with all the usual 4star stuff (except an in-room iron) The AC unit was noisy, but necessary, so bring earplugs. Breakfasts are good, dinner a little formulaic, but fine....

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable room. The outdoor bar and pool areas are definitely a plus, especially when you what to relax between 2 temples visit or after a long day of walking. A 10 min tuk-tuk takes you to the city center (also called downtown) with a large variety of shopping areas and restaurants with good food. The...

We spent 3 nights here, including New Year's Eve, when they hosted a wonderful evening of entertainment. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, however we couldn't open the window without having it unlocked by security. Bathroom was a bit old fashioned and could do with updating. The pool area is small but not too busy as most people are out...

We were only in Siem Reap for 24 hours as a brief hop over from Thailand. Tara Angkor was the perfect place to stay for such a brief trip (would have been great for longer, though!). We had impeccable, wonderful service from the moment we arrived, even though it was after 10 pm--Sorm was particularly helpful and kind. He managed...

We stayed at Tara Angkor Hotel for three nights. This was our only stay in Cambodia as part of a longer SE Asia trip. We had just come from Vietnam and had been warned that the level of hotels may be a bit lower than we'd seen there since tourism isn't quite as developed ... we always appreciate having our...
