We kindof wondered in here to check if the place was any good, and then we wanted to stay forever right away. The living room is super chilled out, and the rooms and showers are all very good. There's a nice garden with berries and a trampoline. Breakfast is amazing!

Yaganhouse is a cozy spot! We stayed in a private room with a private bathroom, but the upstairs shared rooms looked really nice too. Francisco and all the other people who work at the hostel are very sweet and helpful. There is a lively atmosphere in the common room in the evening, which gives the place a welcoming vibe. I...

Rooms and facilities are very cosy and clean. Breakfast includes bread, eggs, yoghurt and cereals. Staff is very nice and helpfull. We were really happy that we had our restday after the trek in this place. The hostel is also centrally located in Puerto Natales close to supermarkets and other shops.

Yaganhouse is an excellent hostel. Comfortable, friendly, well situated and with good food. It's got a homely feel, while also being social amongst other travellers. We used it as a base prior to a route around the Torres del Paine. My only wish? We'd had another night there! Two great restaurants are just down the road along with good access...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The first night we stayed in room #5 because everything was full. The room is exactly as here often described: small and loud! There is no space for your personal belongings. On one site is the kitchen on the other the washing machines, which run the whole night. If people walking up the stairs...

Yagan House was my temporary home for 5 nights in Puerto Natales when I couldn't go on the famous W Trek in the Torres del Paine National Park. I actually miss this hostel because it was so much more than one. Strong timber building beautifully decorated and boasting a well equipped kitchen and clean private-style bathrooms. I felt so comfortable...

Great hostel with great staff! Girls at the reception can help you with the directions, routes in Torres del Paine or with tours organization. There's also laundry service and tourist equipment rental. The bathroom was very clean, the room was simple but nice, I needed more shelves to put my belongings on. Sometimes it was quite noisy, but on the...

I stayed at Yaganhouse two nights before I hiked the W and one night after I returned. I really liked this hostel. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and I booked my bus ticket to the park through them which was really convenient. I stayed in a four bed dorm and it was clean, quiet and safe. Three bathrooms are...

What a great place to stay, especially before heading out to do the W trek. Be prepared that there will be a lot of people moving around the hostel at 6am as they will be the people catching the bus to Torres del Paine to go trekking. Breakfast was substantial and served early for the people going trekking. Staff were...

I stayed for two nights each. First, the location is between city center and bus station. Supermarket is right next to the hostel. Second, room and bathroom are great. Bed is comfortable. Room temperature is warm. Bathroom are clean too. Third, they provide camping rental, bus ticket and laundry service. The camping equipment are in good condition. Breakfast is wonderful....
