We hiked the W Trail at Torres del Paine in late February and stayed at Keoken Patagonia B&B before and after the hike. I can't imagine finding a better B&B in Puerto Natales. Rodrigo, the host, was amazing and took great care of our party of 6. He is friendly, knowledgable, helpful and speaks very good English. The B&B was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It is located a couple blocks from the water, very good restaurants are only a few minute walk away and downtown is about 10 minutes. Rodrigo took care of our extra luggage while we hiked for 4 days and was a welcoming sight on our return. I have stayed at many B&Bs and this was the perfect place to bookend our trip into Torres del Paine. I
We stayed one night, twin room was clean and spacious. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was very good. Eggs cooked to order, bacon, cereals, yoghurt, fruit. Host very nice and suggested good options for dinner. If visiting again we would stay here.
My family of 5 had a wonderful 2-night stay at this charming B&B, the best part of which was our host, Rodrigo. He went out of his way to make sure we had anything we needed, made delicious breakfasts, and even got us in at a very popular restaurant that doesn't take reservations. The place had a ridiculously long wait when we tried to go on our first evening in town and when we mentioned this to Rodrigo, he called the restaurant the next day and arranged for us to have a table for that evening which we really appreciated. He also allowed us, on the day we were checking out, to keep our keys and leave our luggage in the lobby so we could come back after our half-day excursion and use one of the rooms we'd occupied to shower and change before heading to the airport. The accommodations were comfortable and worked well for us, but the best part was the personal attention from Rodrigo.…
This review is going to be a bit boring because I agree with other reviews. What makes this place special is the host, Rodrigo. He booked trips for me and prepared a substantial breakfast every morning. He recommended great restaurants and his place is within walking distance of the water and the town centre. And he’s an interesting guy to talk to. I wouldn’t recommend the company he uses to book day trips to Torres del Paine as I had a poor experience, but otherwise the tours were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this place to future travellers.
We booked a private room for the night before we started the W in Torres del Paine and the night we got back. Both times, we arrived around 9:45pm, in need of dinner; our wonderful hosts let us leave our bags quickly, gave us restaurant recommendations, and let us fully check in and get settled once we'd eaten. Our room was really comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom including a solid shower and toiletries (including conditioner!), and for breakfast, the spread included toast, jam, peanut butter, juices, and eggs they'd make on the spot. Additionally, we were able to store our "city stuff" while hiking in Torres, between our first and second stay. Our hosts also helped us call cabs and figure out some of the logistics of our Torres trip. And the location is great - just a couple blocks from the main plaza, and a quick ~$2-3 cab ride from the bus station. We would absolutely stay at this charming BnB again and were very glad to come back to it after hiking the W!…
