They are not english speaker enough english speaker in the staff , worse in portugues.. Well they are helpful nevertheless. The guests don't care about the other ones .. German groups are noisy and lack of basic education or they are too shy to say 'hello ' or 'good morning ' !! Better get up early and go hiking to...

The highlight was breakfast - family style table pre-set with food as well as food made to order as well. Great, fresh ingredients. The hostel staff was super friendly and helpful. I booked this through the Hostelworld app a few days before and they had our rooms reserved exactly as described. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked with soap,...

We arrived at the hostel on october 3rd. We were charged for the room immediately, which is ok in this type of hostel. We were then informed that breakfast would be available at 6.30 am. We had a bus scheduled to leave the city at 7.15 am and had been suggested by the bus company to be at the bus...

We had a great stay despite thin walls (where do you not have thin walls in chile?) The staff went above and beyond helping us out with documentation issues. It was clean, professional and the headmistress Paula runs it like a well oiled machine.

We had a very nice stay at Nikos II. The hostal is clean and efficiently run. Our favorite rooms were Onas and Calafate upstairs. On our last day, we were moved to a four person room downstairs with bunk beds that we did not like as much because the upper bunks were too close to the lower bunks. Rooms at...

Let me begin by saying we are two travelers from Israel. This hostel was a bad experience. There is a bad smell everywhere, the walls are extremely thin- you can hear someone talking from across the hallway. We did not get towels, clean sheets and the light was twitching. Most importantly, the management was unkind quoting the manager: "take your...

Very helpful staff, especially Paola who was wonderful when we had to reschedule our stay due to illness. We had a private room and the bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. Very good breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, bread, homemade jam, and best of all smoothies and fried eggs cooked fresh. We arranged a one day tour to...

We stayed here after spending two weeks in the park. We had a private room, shared bath. Clean room, small but not an issue. Bathroom had amazing hot water. Walls were a bit thin, but not too much of an issue. Breakfast was light and enjoyable. If you are coming from the bus station, it's a 10 minutes walk, and...

We needed a place to sleep after our late arrival (1130pm) in Puerto Natales from Punta Arenas so we can catch the 730am bus the next morning to head into the park. This place was one of the few left available so we booked it. Room was small but clean, bathroom works and clean (shower drains a little slow but...

I stayed at this hostel 3 times during my hiking trip in South Patagonia and it was a great feeling knowing that I am going back to a nice hostel after my walks. The hostel staff speak good English and have in depth knowledge on the national park and all the walks. They also hire camping equipments and organize tours....
