This is a nice hotel. Besides the bad coffee, the breakfast is fantastic. Our room was small but comfortable. The staff broke my electric converter while cleaning, but they immediately replaced it with a new one. All the staff were extremely kind. Would recommend.

A good hotel with really friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the beginning and end of our adventure in Torres del Paine. The hotel is well located for walking around town and serves a great breakfast.
We stayed here twice in a week so were in two different rooms. Both were clean and nice enough. The first one had blue lights in the bathroom with dark walls making it feel like a cave. They could just replace the lights to fix...More
