We stayed 3 nights, it was very clean, rooms were not large but very nice, breakfast was very good, location was 2 blocks from the plaza and most restaurants, and 2 blocks from the ocean. Overall, we thought it was excellent value for a 3 star hotel.

We stayed here before we embarked to our hike to Torres del Paine. Close to the waterfront, restaurants. Decent room, clean washrooms....just about what we needed...we sleep in hotels, not live :) Friendly staffs, accomodated our extra back packs for few days and went back after our hike...a nice place to come back to after a tiring and cold hike.... Small rooms. Shower in my room was barely dripping hot water cause by accumulation of sediment on the head. Very good staff and gives good recommendations for dinning.Very thin walls, you can hear all your neighbours in adjacent rooms and hallways. Breakfast is good. Staff made the stay more pleasant.

Very comfortable room with excellent heat and washroom facilities. The breakfast provided each morning was also excellent. A cut above the many hostels in town. A great place to come to after many days on the trail in Torres del Paine.

We stayed here the day before our start of the W at Torres del Paine and the day after. It was the right decision and the right place. It is modest, but very nice for Puerto Natales. The bed is comfortable, and the room is adequate. Puerto Nateles is quite small and Gusinde is not too far from the plaza.... More

I hiked the "O" during Christmas Week and stayed at Hotel Martin Gusinde the night before my trek and returned a week later at the completion of my trek. That turned out to be an excellent decision. I normally would stay at a higher end hotel but there was limited availability for my travel window. I'm pretty happy I stayed... More

A good basic bed and breakfast hotel with standard bedrooms but with excellent powerful showers and really good wifi in bedrooms. The rooms, particularly at the front, have no view. As with most basic hotels in South America, the food offered at breakfast is boring and standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was substantial and varied. The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind (one of the staff travelled to the bus terminal to book bus tickets for us whilst we were away on the 'W' trek, so that we didn't have to wait until we got back to book them and... Excellent rooms that were kept very clean and comfortably warm especially since we came during the winter. The Square, supermarket, restaurants, and church are all within walking distance. Staff were very helpful with tips of where to eat and offered to store our bags when we went to visit Torres del Paine. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Loved the generous serving... More
