This is a very good hotel, considered the best in town and I'm not going to differ. The meals were good to very good and the rooms spacious and nicely appointed. Beautiful view of the waterfront and mountains in the distance made for a very pleasant stay. A decent walk to the center of town, which was the price for...

We stayed one night at Hotel Costaustralis before a five-day hike in Parque Nacional Torres de Paine and one day after our trip. Both times, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was WONDERFUL. Superb coffee, fresh juices and fruit, wonderful pastries, bagels, meats and cheeses, omelet bar, hot/cold cereal bar and so much more...all with a view...

This place has a spetacular location and it is a very beautiful grand hotel. However there are many small things they could do to help guests and make money. They need better staff, they need more concierage assistance, they should have a minimart or deli (24 hours), they should keep the bar open later, they should have mini refrigerators, they...

We stayed there for 2 nights. i think this should be the best hotel in the city with a nice lobby and a fantastic restaurant. The breakfast was so nice but the dinners we had there were fantastic! tasty and would say gourmet, especially the soups more than excellent! The rooms however quite small and not so comfortable especially the...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our visit to Patagonia in Feb 2017. Positives: 1. The hotel is located perfectly along the coast and at a walking distance from the main square, all restaurants and shops. 2. The concierge was very friendly for all purposes and spoke English very well which was convenient for us (since we...

After staying one night at the Noi Indigo hotel down the street, staying in this hotel looked like going back to reality after a dream. Honestly, this is an excellent, traditional-style hotel with excellent rooms, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, and excellent position in front of the bay. It loses in the comparison because if you like architecture, the Noi Indigo...

This hotel has a great location and is situated at the water. While the location was nice we did find that the WI FI was not always available in our room so you had to go down to the lobby to get a decent signal. Also the rooms are kept very warm and the only way to cool them down...

Wonderful location, friendly service, very accommodating staff. great breakfast included in the room rate. Dining room had a limited menu, but there was good food service in the bar. Our room faced the street, and we had no noise at all (and we were there in busy season)
