I stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. They agreed to give me late checkout and also they have a great cafe attached which serves one good vegan dish. I would recommend it to everyone. The people in puerto natales are amazing and extra kind. I traveled solo to Chile in Feb 2020 and I am also vegan and do not know how to speak Spanish. My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst we were visiting Torres del Paine National Park. It’s a lovely hotel in the middle of town. Our room was smallish but was super clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Good bed, excellent shower and soap with loofah inside! The cafe on the ground floor serves excellent rolls and coffee. Breakfast serves the usual items and is very nice. Friendly staff on reception and also in the cafe – plus lovely resident black Labrador!
Perfectly located right in the centre and has a little coffee shop / restaurant within the hotel. Staff spoke great English and were really helpful. Although breakfast was from a set time it was no problem at all asking for an earlier one, particularly if going on an early trip out. There was lots of choice too for food. Definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in PN.
The hotel was clean and okay. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Good ambiance, music and wifi at the coffee shop. The hotel well located near the city center, with shops, restaurants and a supermarket.
Very centralized and close to some of the best restaurants I tried in town, Lenga , Cafe Artimana and Afrogonia. As the bus terminal is out of central town area so this hotel is quite a distance from it, would recommend taking a taxi. Room and bathroom both clean and acceptable. Breakfast variety can be improved, was there for 3 nights and happen to have the same breakfast everyday. No TV but has good Wifi speed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
"Room # 1 has a cute living room type area right outside the door. I don't think it's for the exclusive use of that room, but it was very handy for packing our bags before the trek."Read full review
