Cecilia is very attentive to detail. The breakfast is delicious and the lounge area was the perfect place to meet and greet with other travelers. Bathrooms and room are extremely clean. Secured area to store stuff while trekking. Cecilia is very knowledgeable about the surrounding town and activities.

After checking in at Casa Cecilia, I looked for the person who had taken care of us to ask something. The gentleman, a Swiss, living in Chile for a long time and owner of the place was found at the kitchen. It may be unbelievable but he was baking bread for next day breakfast, a chore he performs every evening!...

I had a great time at Casa Cecilia! The rooms are spacious and clean and the hosts are welcoming and very helpful. They have organised two wonderful trips for me in the surroundings (Torres del Paine & Perito Moreno). I would recommend staying at Casa Cecilia if you are planning a visit in Puerto Natales.

Breakfast – quite a lot to choose from: yoghurt, bread, milk, ham, cheese, jam, cocoa, tea/coffee, fruit. Excellent location. The main square just around the corner. The owner lady very helpful in organising the trips and giving information (though not 100% accurate). Beds comfortable, room clean. Our family room was very tiny. Consisted practically of 4 beds and a very...

Room was a little old without window to the outside. Shared bathroom was clean but you could not throw toilet paper into the toilet. Having breakfast was nice. Paid 47€ which is cheap but we would not go there again.

Very clean, well kept and in good repair. Very friendly and competent owner - will help you with all your tourism needs. The interior covered court/living space/loby a good place to meet friends and family in the cold austral weather.

We found Casa Cecilia with great relief after a long bus ride and a hot afternoon in Puerto Montt sorting out our Navimag trip. Our room was small but sweet and the garden was beautiful - it's Cecilia's pride and joy. She helped us find what we needed to do a little bit of washing as it was a sunny...

We stayed for one night in Puerto Natales. This place is a great value for money run by a Swiss expat and his wife. It's in a good location, just off the main square and relatively close to the shore - around 5 minutes. It's a bit of a walk from the new bus-station Rodovario, but then everything in the...

Casa Cecilia was a great find. The location is a bit out of the way but still in the main town area so an easy walk to restaurants, etc. The bathrooms were some of the best we had on our trip! Brand new, hot showers, super clean rooms and very friendly staff. The only thing that I would say is...
