Clean, friendly, terrific breakfast, great location with quick and relaxed check in/out... Our luggage was safely and conveniently stored while we trekked and fished. Ask to stay in one of the larger outside rooms. Highly recommended

This is a fairly basic level of accommodation but it was clean and the people very friendly. They stored our bags whilst we did the W trek and the cafe area is very good. Couldn’t fault the welcome and service. Rooms are basic. Not a lot to do in Natales and a lot of stray dogs in the town.

If you want a one stop place for great sandwiches, particularly one of the best (and largest) vegetarian one, wonderfully fresh strong coffee, deserts-galore, this is your place. And say hello to Caroline for us, she'll take good care of you!

I arrived to Hostal Amerindia earlier than the scheduled check-in time after a very long 2 days of traveling and the staff was very accommodating to me. They let me come in and wait in the common area while my room was prepared. They ended up having my room ready earlier than the check-in time so they let me go to it which was very appreciated. I paid a little extra for a personal bathroom. Both it and the room were clean. I had hot water, heat, and a comfy bed. Very cute cafe on the first floor. I had coffee and dessert from there and both were great. Friendly workers. Would stay again.

A nice spot in the town, close to everything including the waterfront. Lovely staff, always helpful and cheerful. Very comfortable bed in a warm cosy room. Loved it. The cafe is a nice place to enjoy breakfast, or other meals and snacks when it opens later to the public. The chocolate bomera cake is delicious!

Hola juan , lamento tu mala experiencia en amerindia , pero como ves en los comentarios anteriores son muy diferentes a lo vivido por ti. Por eso como veo que eres de puerto natales te invito a vivir una nueva experiencia en amerindia, por lo que cuando consumas te dejaremos un buen descuento por tu visita a nuestra cafetería que siempre a sido calificada muy bien. Es importante o mejor que cuando suceden cosas así conversarlas directamente y estoy seguro que hubieras tenido un excelente servicio, es difícil calificar las cosas solo por una vez y no ver el trabajo diario de todo un staff y de una familia que trabaja duro todos los días.
Te invito a vivir una buena experiencia y puedas poner en tu comentario algo contrario y nos des el apoyo que todas las persona de puerto natales no dan todos los días y así gracias a su ayuda mantener la cafetería abierta todo el año.
