Pros: - Rooms: Big and with great heating (very important when visiting in winter!) - Bathrooms: We stayed in a room with shared bathroom, and although there was only one it wasn't a problem because it's only shared by two rooms (the others all have private bathrooms) - Price: By far the cheapest price we could find in Punta Arenas...

Flexible and nice owners. Location is good, walking distance to everything downtown Punta Arenas. Hardly quaint but really well maintained, with its own character this place is a great option for budget travelers. If breakfast is your main mean for the day you may want to consider to supplement the offered choice with whatever you wish to buy at a...

I traveled with a couple friends in the off season. The couple was very nice and helpful as we were trying to find things to do in the bad weather. They were flexible with our schedule as we checked out and then had to come back for another night as transportation was cancelled. They also compensated us for having to...

This was a great little place to stay in Punta Arena. it's fairly close to the bus stations in downtown PA. The owners were very nice and let me use their electrical adapter when i didn't brig mine. i also had a late arrive and early departure, which they accommodated.

A nice place to stay, the owners are lovely, they speak limited English but with my little Spanish we had a laugh communicating, they are so friendly and helpfu, and that's what makes this place. We arrived on Xmas day from Argentina and they pointed us to the one street in the city centre where places would be open, about...

A cute little SIMPLE hostel. The owners are lovely and try to help you out with everything --> definite advantage if you speak a bit Spanish. Yet, there is a lady who can speak simple English. The breakfast is simple yet plenty. Kitchen is available but only for very simple cooking. The atmosphere is great - two nights and we...

Rooms are clean and cozy, breakfast is included. The owners are really nice and help you a lot with booking and organizing and tickets. Its a bit far from the city center but perfect for planning trips around Punta Arenas.

We stayed one night here before flying out of Punta Arenas and had a fantastic time. We had a very clean and warm double room with toilets and showers nearby. The kitchen was well equipped although a little small but there is nothing anyone could do about this as by staying here you are effectively a guest in someone's house!...

Had to wake up early to catch the 6am flight to Santiago. 1st hostel in Chile (regarding to a 1 month trip) where people keep talking loud / drinking etc. near the rooms after 22pm, the entrance ring is very loud and keep ringing during the night. Bad night.

We came to this hostel for a few days during our long trip in the south of Chile. The place is very clean, nice hot water, comfy beds, good breakfast and nice staff. We had to come back to Punta Arenas for a night and we decided to stay once more at Hospedaje Costanera and the owner Teresita made it...
