My wife and I have gone to Keoken four times in the last seven years and we have not been disappointed. Rodrigo and Gloria are keep a clean, pleasant, family atmosphere in this bed and breakfast. They have faithfully set up the tours for us that we desire, and their recommendations for good restaurants in Puerto Natales were extremely helpful.

This place is more like a hotel or ski lodge in that is it really gorgeous, all wood, scandinavian feel and super cosy. Unfortunately we didn't get long here and were up early for our boat trip to the pengiuns so missed breakfast, but the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and lovely cosy... We enjoyed our stay here. We were in the new section and liked the sparse style and fresh smelling wood. The bed was great, the bathroom a bit too small. Some more wall hooks would be good. The breakfast was just OK - only instant coffee.

Lovely hostel, more of a hotel really. Very clean. Comfy beds with nice bed linen. Pretty good breakfast by Chiles standards, but the lady barely puts any food out and you often have to start going in the fridge to get more milk, butter etc. I think she spends too much time making it pretty rather than putting enough food... Stayed two nights here, a nice experience! Clean, down blankets in the room, many guidebooks and other books to read in the common area. The staff does not speak much english. The owner was more than willing to help book the next hostel, point us where the coloctivos goes and to leave the bags for the day was "of cause!"

We stayed here both flying into and flying out of Punta Arenas while trekking Torres del Paine and El Chalten/Fitzroy. Hostel Keoken is a bright and cheery hostel, very clean, with a modern large kitchen and dining area. More hotel than hostel, nice rooms with private baths. The owner is friendly and helpful but her English is limited.

The kitchen and eating and hang out area are really nice and huge , built new from wood. We had a nice 3 bed room, top price. Bit to walk, but not far at all. Would definitely recommend this place. Breakfast is good.

We had a double room with private bathroom at Keoken and all in all it was a good place to stay. We arrived in Punta Arenas by bus, and not speaking Spanish it was difficult to get directions, so it would be best if you book ahead to get directions to the hostel. It was about a 10 minute walk... We stayed there as a group of 7 people, had the greatest experience ever! Beautiful lodging, well equiped kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms. But what made our stay amazing were the most nice and helpful owners- one of us lost her phone in Zona Franca, and only when coming back to the hostel she realized her phone wasn't there. The... I stayed this hostel for couple of nights after my long hike at Torres del Paine. It's a very comfortable hostel, with friendly staff. The hostel is in a process of remodeling and expanding, so sometimes you will hear some construction going on. Wi-fi is available up to your room and free breakfast is basic, but filling. I felt for... More
