Make no mistake, this is a very basic hotel with small rooms only good to sleep the night over. No table nor chair is available and even finding place to put your luggage is hard to find. Unfortunately my room window gave on a huge concrete wall of which I could not see the top. It is very noisy -...

This was my 1st trip to Chile and what a fantastic introduction to Chilean hospitality! We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm and an added bonus for a hostel is the small kitchen, which is available to make hot drinks and own meals at any time. Be prepared to...

Booked this great hostel on our way to Torres del Paine and have returned for a further 3 nights. The hostel is run by the delightful and welcoming extended family of father figure Gabriel - who cooks an awesome breakfast each morning. Nothing is too much trouble for this friendly crew. The hostel is really clean and warm, bathrooms are...

We really enjoyed our one night in this family run hostel. It isn't difficult to find and there was ample secure parking in the rear of the place. Our room, while simple, was very clean and comfortably appointed. There was reliable hot water and everything was comfortable. We had a pleasant, quiet stay. The kitchen was available to use and...

Although the hostel itself is located outside the city center per se and the rooms are very basic, the staff are amazing, helpful for any questions and needs. Great breakfast too. Would absolutely go back here, if I were to come back to Punta Arenas.

It is a really neat and tidy place, with super comfortable and clean rooms. I used with my girlfriend both kind of rooms with private and shared bathrooms (due to lack of availability for all the days we were staying of the rooms with private bathrooms). The breakfast is great with cold cuts, bread, coffee, tea, yogurt and freshly made...

Puntus Arenas isn't the cheapest place to go, but value aside we had a good stay here. Its the only place we have stayed on our travels with a communal bathroom, but in fairness they were both really clean and we never had to wait to use them. Breakfast was good and staff were all family members of the owners...

I completely agree with lots of comments I see here, the family is so nice and helpful when you don't know the area. The place is very quiet (If you want to have a lot of fun or party you're not at the right place) here it's just peaceful and relaxing after a long trip or trekking. The hostel is...
