Even taking into account the language difficulties, I did not find the front desk person friendly or helpful. Upon arrival, he tried to take credit card payment although the room had been prepaid by the tour company for two nights. Instead of giving me a quiet room as requested, I was put in a room where traffic noise was loudest....

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious ,for this three star hotel I believe ,staffs friendly and efficient, ,gave us correctly wake up call at 3 AM to catch our flight back . About 15 minutes from airport , good central location, on sea shore, in this small town/city .hotel offers dinner and breakfast but in comparison to Aregentina Brazil Bolivia...

I stayed here between climbing trips to Antarctica and Argentina. I'd left a duffel bag with gear for the second mountain here while I was in Antarctica and came back to find it missing. They offered no help even after we confirmed on their security cameras that it had been in their custody and they must have lost it. After...

Hotel has thieves working for them! iPad was stolen while bag was in the hotel's "secure" baggage storage, for which no luggage tags were provided. No offer for compensation was provided, and their apology was lacklustre. Do not trust these people with your bags! Spent 45 minutes trying to call them and they said they were "too busy" to respond...

This hotel is a nice standard 4* hotel, in Europe we might say 3* superior. The lobby is not so big and the rooms are OK in size but look tired. The restaurant offers medium food, we had breakfast and dinner there, nothing very special. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite but bit slow. The advantage of...

Good hotel with a great location on the waterfront. A five-six block walk to the plaza with shops, etc. Hotel is basic, but comfortable. Service is good, hotel had good options for food. Breakfast buffet was a nice perk - free as well. Downside was our room was over the laundry area because we heard the washer/dryer going all hours...

We stayed 3 nights, all one night stays between points beyond Punta Arenas. IMHO, the location is about the only thing going for this hotel The room is spacious and clean but the beds were awful and in desperate need of new mattresses - the worst nights' sleep we had in Patagoinia even compared to the tented eco-camp we stayed...

It is an outdated hotel built with a good intentions but failed in maintaining the initial vision. Bit on a side but it is located close to the see walk, has great view and short walk to many nice restaurants and city attractions including the restaurants and shopping street as well as to the landmark cemetery. Room appearance and language...

If you keep your expectations low, this hotel is fine. The rooms are a good size but the furnishings are a bit old. The breakfast is okay. Some of the staff is good, but others are rude. We arrived 30 minutes before official check-in time and she refused to check us in. We waited in the lobby right in front...
