I stayed in Chamen one week long for a business trip. This hotel is very big but there is no charm at all. People don't speak English and as a Customer you don't feel welcome. Otherwise, the room was just ok. Not so clean, The carpet was very dirty. Internet is very slow, the bed is as hard as a...

Comfortable hotel. Internet just OK and no google or facebook access like some of the other Chinese business hotels manage to sneak in for you. Breakfast above average for a Chinese hotel and the dinner buffet is OK but I would not like to have to have it many nights in a row. Decent Korean BBQ just a 5 minute...

We stayed in Chamen hotel on the recommendation of our business partners while visiting Qingxi. Upon entering the hotel, the people at the reception did not know much english, and it was difficult to communicate with them. Other than that, the rooms, are good, with plenty of facilities for business travelers. Unfortunately the internet is quite slow. The location is...

Our productions facilities are located 10 to 15 minutes away from this hotel so it is primary selected based on location. I have spent many night there and the facility is clean and the rooms are well maintained. Unlike past visits the download on the WiFi was good but the outbound gates only opened occasionally so getting e-mail out was...

Good hotel, confortable, well located and quiet. Nice and quiet location. Almost all what can be expected for this level of hotels. Wifi is working fine and free. Breakfast is good, not high class. Convenient for me ! I can return.

I've spent over 100 nights at this hotel. It's comfortable if you aren't expecting the Four Seasons. It's starting to slip a little since my first stay 7-8 years ago. They stored my bike for over a year with no problems. The restaurant is only so/so, but there are some good alternative a few paces away. The location is great....

I stayed many times in this hotel since 2008 and after 5 years I saw a continuos decline. Hotel is lucky because there are no other competitors in that area so price is very high and quality probably is worse than a chinese 4 stars. breakfast is poor and since this year fruit is disappeared. Room smells of closed because...

I am happy with the room and service. The room is big enough. Toilet is large and clean, and it is the thing I like best. Another good point is large window and my room can receive full morning sun light. Hotel is right in the center. Great. Breakfast is not so good. Not so many dishes. It will be...

The Chamen is a good quality Chinese hotel and is a useful base for anyone working in the local area. The rooms are okay, reasonably clean and a good size with a safe, minibar and well proportioned bathroom. There are couple of English language channels on the TV only; CNN and HBO but no longer has BBC World. It has...

I have stayed in this hotel many times since 2007 and would give it positive reviews, but I stayed in late October 2010 and picked up bed bug bites all over my back. Not fun.
