It's located in an area famous for electronic products. There are quite many eateries nearby too, as usual everywhere in Shenzhen generally.

This hotel is quite decent, room spacious, cleanliness ok, bed comfy. The breakfast is quite good with choices, at a beautiful area.

Price is not bad (RMB 300). There's massage service but I didn't try as there are many outside. Overall nothing to complain about.

The rates were reasonable and room sizes were decent. Location of the hotel is very good since it is near the electronics market, dining places and only a short ride to the border and train station to Hong Kong. Service staff were very helpfull and the receptionist spoke some english. My only complaint was that the spring bed was too hard and I felt several parts of my body ache when I woke up.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for those visiting the Electronics Malls. Just a 5 minute walk to the SEG with lots of smaller malls just behind.

It's easy to pick up a cab from the small but busy road outside and it costs between 110-130RMB to/from the airport.

The rooms are spacious, the view isn't amazing; I was on the top 8th floor overlooking some dirty apartment.

Internet is included and reasonably reliable (as far as China goes!). The internet covers the rooms and dining area on the 3rd floor but NOT the reception unfortunately... be aware if you use Skype or Whatsapp to meet colleagues!

The breakfast was a great selection of mostly Chinese foods, but toast, potatoes and bacon were also offered. All in all great value.

Rooms were a little tired and but clean. The bathroom offered a waterfall shower. There was a safe in the room.

All in all, a great value hotel for exploring this part of Shenzhen... I'd definitely use again.

I stayed in this hotel 6 times till now. Due to the nature of work location of this hotel was best. However .... This was last time stay here are the reasons why: 1.Communication with the staff is mission impossible because no one except the manager uses the English language. 2. They charge doble amouth for deposit on arriving 3. room smell of cigarette smoke. 4. Large outside noise from the nearby construction site working at night. 5. The noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms due to poor sound insulation 6. For the second time they are not going to register a reservation made through a Booking-me collection accommodation and also removed from the card for no-show after the booking! Etc., etc., , very bad experience, avoid this hotel, there is a pair or better and cheaper alternatives nearby.

A towering lime green atrium with blinking gazebo for breakfast room. Bellboys dressed in white suits with lime green tux shirts. Slightly dirty modernist chairs in the guest rooms. A fruit plate (actually a nice gesture) that appeared with no warning in our room on the second night...

Just an odd hotel, with well-used rooms that could use a good scrub down. Our bathroom had visible mold growing on the walls. The corners of our room under the desk and near the curtains needed to be vacuumed, and our round orange upholstered chair was definitely soiled.

Other than that though-- adequate. Bed was ok, shower was ok, bottled water provided. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of Chinese and a few western options. Just couldn't get over that crazy lime green atrium. Service in the lobby was very good and helpful. English speaking staff were available whenever I had questions.

The hotel was well located. Close to the metro, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's a fine option in Shenzhen, but there might be better options out there.

Very close to famous Huaqiang road. Actually, go outside the hotel and enter any plaza on your left or right - and you are there.
Hotel is old. At a very busy place.
Very comfortable bed.
Rooms are big. Can't say "very clean" but it was ok.
Hotel reception was friendly.
Offering Chinese style breakfast.

Wi-fi was horrible.

Staying here for a few days whilst doing business in Shenzhen. I moved because my old hotel stank of smoke. Sadly, this is the case with all/most cheaper hotels in China. Except for the big international chains, they all smell like that.

My first room reeked of fags, but I changed to a better one which isn't so bad.
Bed is huge. Room size is decent, wifi is fast enough.
Bathroom is pretty tired, but it's fine. Breakfast there is toast and fruit, and a lot more Chinese breakfast stuff if you're into that.

Overall, it's a decent place to stay. But it's in China, so expect to hear "My heart will go on" saxaphone version every time you walk down the corridor, and try to get used tot the smell of stale cigarette smoke.

Room Tip: If you get an internal room overlooking the courtyard, ask for one that looks over the street.

Hello. I am not sure the hotel can provide a letter of invitation for this purpose... In any case communication is not easy with Chinese, and nearly impossible remotely by email or phone. You may go to their web site and look if they have a chat or messenger service to contact them.
