On arrival the staff seemed very distanced and cold. No smiling warm welcome that one is accustomed to in Colombia. Porter staff were willing and helpful enough. Room was a decent size with the obligatory wall mounted flat screen TV, channels included BBC Entertainment so got a fix of old Top Gear [incl Clarkson's Crew] and Master Chef. Nice big...

When we booked there was supposed to be free airport shuttle. We prepaid on Expedia. When checking in found the room clerks knew nothing about an airport shuttle, let only included in the room price. I was thrilled on departure morning when asking them to call transportation to the airport they showed me the white car at the door, whose...

The hotel was nice since it was near to a lot of places. The food was amazing because it was a butter all inclusive. However. the air conditioning was not working well, I believe because the building is old.

Literally the only good thing about this dump is that there's hot water. Otherwise, run from this place. The room might as well be the Flinestones room. The thin dirty mattress lays on a stone slab. Prison beds are probably more comfortable than these. The blankets they provide are dirty and are table clothes pretty much. The curtains had holes....

The bathrooms were extremely small, to close de door you need to snug between the toilet and the shower. We have pay for rooms with sea view and the windows did look to the sea, but...

The location...

Great building and location. Bad service. Terrible food. We went as a family to this hotel and we have an experience with different perspectives. The location is very safe and wonderful to have a good experience in this beautiful city. We walked every day to the old city. There is a great commercial center, a supermarket and a commercial avenue...

You are on your own, no guidance or help from staff. This hotel needs a lot of repairs and cosmetic work. Rooms are very tiny. Food was ok but almost the same thing everyday. The pool is on the 20th floor very small and closes at 7p. No beach. Location is great. wifi only in one spot in the lobby....
