This hotel is right at the front of the nice Botero plaza in the centre. The rooms are okay and there is a good WiFi connection in every room. It takes aves to check in, but everybody stays friendly. The restaurants on the main floor are a bit fast food, but you can have a decent dinner on the terrace...

Good hotel, but the zone (downtown) make you feel panic. The price must be adjust for them, with few pesos more you can stay in a good hotel in a great zone, even with less in a hostel. I prefer don´t come back again to the Nutibara.

Basic rooms dating from the 70s. Clean enough. Lots of street noise. The photo of the swimming pool is now a building site. So the photo should be removed, as its misleading. Best advice is to find some where else to stay.

The Nutibara offered outstanding hospitality (and the main reason for this review is to say thank you). Some points that may help other travellers: Plus points: *For the "real Medellin" this is an excellent location. It overlooks the Botero Museum with its fantastic collection of work by one of the world's greatest living artists. *It is across the road from...

I am awfully sorry to say this hotel has lost the great value and service which it used to have many years ago. The hotel looks very run down and the staff didn't seem happy to be working there either. The breakfast run out of items 2 of the days we stayed there and when I asked for tea eventhough...

This used to be the top hotel of Medellin in the fifty's. Its all gone. Averidge hotel with some coffeeshops instead of a good restaurant. Rooms are big but oldfashended. Localisation perfect, near the metro and museum.

I stopped in at the hotel recently to check it out for a future trip. The room that I was shown had NO decoration, just plain off white walls, old beds and bedding and smelled badly of mold. When I mentioned this to the gentleman showing me the room, he admitted that I was not the first to say the...

The title is by far the best part of this hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially the desk staff. The hotel is old and definitely past its prime. The showers are a solid blast of water and the pool is subpar.

I don't think I'd choose to stay here ever again, although the hotel has a great location downtown for daytime exploring of the city ( and personally I felt quite safe in the downtown area). It was once a grand hotel, but there only a very few signs of that now. My room was humid and smelt strongly of a...

In the middle of the most insecure part of the city, rooms are uncomfortable and not clean, I can't know when was the last time they give some maintenance to this place, we staid there just one night and was enough during this time we experience 2 electricity issues with the last one we scape from stuck in the elevator.
