This year I returned to Medellin and once again I stayed at La Casa Medellin. I was very pleased to see the same staff as last year who welcomed me with a warm greeting. It felt like my home away from home. Once again I rented the business suite with the jacuzzi and private office. I studied botany when I...

The nice rooms (Most expensive, cheaper not shown on Website) are ok but it is everything else that makes this place overpriced. The breakfast was so so, fruit was good but the eggs and bread seemed a bit stale. The pool was dirty and the owner just did not seem like he was much of a "people person" but was...

The hotel is walking distance from the main business hubs in Medellin. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I like the fact that the hotel is small because it is very quiet and the staff...

The service is lousy. The room too small. The pool is not climatized. The jacuzzi was not working. Their "fantastic barbeque" was NOT there. The breakfast is bad. They offer 5 stars, and give 2. Too expensive for what you get.
