Hotel staff nasty. Overbooked hotel. No parking.
Housekeeping horrendous. Terribly embarrassing.
This place needs to in service their staff about customer service. Severely lacking. Ownership needs to take a closer look at management.
Amy, the director of sales was wonderfully helpful in planning this event from rehearsal dinner to reception. She was attentive throughout the weekend and assured our every need was met.

Valet parking is $35 right now but once thier lot is full you can use the street parking meters. You would have to park far to avoid paying for parking. Who knows if there will be close spots available or whether or not... More

Who knows if there will be close spots available or whether or not their valet lot will be full. Maybe you can call the hotel and speak to them personally about if they can reserve a spot for you since you are handicapped.
