The Resorts Casino was a place that felt comfortable and welcoming. There was a diner with comfort food and the gaming area seemed to always be busy. It’s easy to access the casino from the boardwalk. The decor is a bit outdated, but it felt good to return and know exactly what to expect.

Looking for some fun away from home, make Resorts Casino Hotel your stop when in Atlantic City. The service is impeccable from the moment of checking in to the time you are ready to leave! The rooms are the best we have experienced, clean, roomy and top of the line. The restaurants are the best in Atlantic City, and even the food court provides excellent options if eating on the go. They even have a Dunkin Donuts in the Casino which everyone loves. The Casino hosts are the best and the table games and electronic games are all the best we have experienced. Stay at Resorts and be spoiled!

My husband and I were staring for a two night stay, the first night was great little did we know our room was infested with bed bugs. I had a bite in the morning and didn’t think anything of it until my husband showed me he had a bite as well. We contacted management and they acted like it was nothing to them. They sent security up and all they did was write an incident report and sent us to a different room which we did not want to stay but had no choice because we were leaving the next day and it was midnight! They sent us to a room that was worst then the room that we had (minus the bugs) and told us it was a slight upgrade like that was going to solve anything. No one knew what they were doing, they kept bouncing us around, no one seemed to want to help like this was a common situation. They didn’t give us comps, not a food voucher atleaat not even an extra night even though we wouldn’t have stayed anyways!! Very unprofessional which is Im writing this, videos and pics to follow! They acted like they didnt care so why should I?! Hope this helps so no one has to go through the horrific situation my husband and I had to endure. We feel like we ended up on Fear factor, but for free! 😒

Everything was great: service, room, location. But there were two issues. One in room 469 Ocean Tower- mold inside window. They stopped carrying conditioner. For those of us with limited carry ons and luggage - we are nickeled and dined on flights now. If you are going to provide tissues, soap, body lotion and shampoo, why are you stopping conditioner? Ditch the body lotion and boom you can offer conditioner. The last thing people want is hunting for a gift shop or drugstore that Sells conditioner.

Last trip was July. Decided to hop down to Resorts for Columbus Day weekend. Checkin was quick and easy. Had a jr. suite (comped) in Ocean tower. Room was overlooking roof and a/c units - very noisy. Called down to desk and they changed room to jr. suite 8th floor overlooking beach. Room was in great shape - looked renovated. Bathrooms (2) looked brand new. A/C was quiet, bed comfy. Asked for, and quickly received extra blankets and towels. Our only problem was it was an adjoining room to the room next door, and our "neighbors" were 6-8 guys for a bachelor party who decided that midnight until 2 am was prime time to party in the room. Hubby went and knocked on door at 2 am and politely asked them to lower their volume, which they did. Very nice of them. The walls seem to be paper thin. The staff at hotel was great. Casino was clean, and definitely easier to get a drink while sitting at a table or slot machine than in July. 50% of people were wearing masks. (us included). Resorts was empty compared to HardRock. Ate at Breadsticks, which was empty. Large portions, food was good. Ate at Landshark outside by beach 2x. First time food came quickly. 2nd time they must have lost our order because everyone who sat after us got their food before us - and our food was salads - nothing hot to be prepared. However, food was good both times. We walked over to the Steel Pier, and daughter went on some rides. We had bought ride coupons before covid shut everything down, and they are still accepted. Steel pier had many of their rides closed - maybe due to lack of staffing? It is also the end of the season.... We walked over to HardRock, which was absolutely a madhouse. Ate at HardRock buffet - no masks at all, rude people cutting into line, eating off their plates in line then licking fingers and then picking up serving utensils. Grossed me out - never again. At least at our local buffet we have to wear plastic gloves when getting food and masks must be worn so everyone doesn't breathe on the open food. Checkout of Resorts was quick and easy, and car came right away from valet. Looking forward to going again to Resorts before winter.
