If you fly into Baltra there is a bus that will take you to the fairy. Just fallow the masses to find the bus. Then from the fairy no Baltra you will be shuttled across to Santa Cruz. From there you need to take another bus to Porto Ayora. Again, the bus is not hard to miss. I think it is a about $2 and takes 45 min, depending on the stops. The bus will drop you off in the middle of town near the water. From there you can walk to everything.
