Nice, clean and centrally located place with a few nice hammocks to chill. Staff very friendly. The WiFi doesn't reach the rooms at the very back but they told us so right away. Breakfast is quite standard but ok
We were booked there by our tour operator and stayed 4 nights. Room was small but clean. Had a nice garden with hammocks and wifi. The breakfast was ok, no choice though, they would serve you just the daily standard. 80$ per night classifys this...More
I found La Peregrina by luck. I turned up at my booked hotel in Puerto Ayora to discover it was closed for renovation - something the large internet booking agency I'd booked with failed to tell me. I searched nearby, bags in hand and found...More
Friendly staff, good clean and spacesious room. Breakfast is very simple. Toast, juice and boiled egg. Wifi very sloooooow. Location is good. Just outside the busiest part of town but close enough. Good stay.
As I am not 100% seeworthy we decided to stay on land during our Galapagos trip rather than stay on one of the yachts that travel between the Islands. Located in Puerto Ayora, which is a handy and surprisingly conventional beach holiday village, La Peregrina...More

If you fly into Baltra there is a bus that will take you to the fairy. Just fallow the masses to find the bus. Then from the fairy no Baltra you will be shuttled across to Santa Cruz. From there you need to take another bus to Porto Ayora. Again, the bus is not hard to miss. I think it is a about $2 and takes 45 min, depending on the stops. The bus will drop you off in the middle of town near the water. From there you can walk to everything.
