The WiFi connection cost money and also is not functional, sometimes it work very slow, sometime webpages doesn't load but WhatsApp work, and others time all doesn't work. So bad, also the cleaning is not good and some rooms smells bad.

Stayed 1 night for business. The hotel quality -although not bad- is too high for its quality. Only the Helnan is more expensive in Port Said. Room view is superb if you manange to get one facing the Canal. Rooms with city view actually face the yard used to store material for revamping the hotel. Neighbourhood has a few restaurants,...

The hotel is comfortable but is not worth the prices they charge. Food is nice but also expensive. Wifi is at a cost and is virtually useless and very slow. For the price there are better hotels available in Port Said.

The hotel looks okay, not very big, in a good way. Reception staff is efficient and speaks english. Breakfast is okay, not very extensive, but it works. No real coffee though, only powdered stuff. Room is good, good and clean bed, somewhat older and maintenace is slacking a bit. AC is noisy and has only 2 modes: cold and very...

Stayed only for one night in what I assume was a recently refurbished room. Checking in was simple and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and of an average size. The bathroom was also clean with a good shower. No bath. Air conditioning was very effective although difficult to set the temperature. The restaurant has a buffet dinner each...

The room was clean, to an extent, the bathroom wasn't the greatest, the view from the room was great, but the reception wasn't great, by any means, the 1st impression of the hotel that it's great, but inside it's a bit of a disappointment
