Overall and given the COVID-19 circumstances, the hotel’s management were able to provide great services. Staff were super friendly, food was good and rooms were clean. Upon my arrival, I had no issues in upgrading my room to sea view. Prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely come back again.

The Best Sea View even in Abu-Tig Marine, blended with Decent & Lovely Stuff special thanks to Mr. Ekramy & Mr. Mahmoud Shaker. Cleanness is very good, Rooms are spacious, Over all the Hotel is the best for relaxing and refuel your Energy. Sure; that I will consider 3Cs Hotel as my first Choice anytime I would plan to come to El Gouna.

Because our regular travel agent (Sunweb) was not operating during the pandemic, we used a German outfit to get us to 3COV. It was quite a trip with a long stopover (5 hrs.) in Istanbul SAW. I would recommend using the lounge for a 15€ fee (near gate 203). I expected rather low occupancy but to my surprise we where only with one other European couple there on some days (and a few Egyptians). Food choice is obviously scaled down but quality is good. They go out of their way to cook you something extra that's not on the menu. Staff are friendly and professional despite everything. Special thanks to Peter(Peanuts Bar) and the pool crew(Sayed and the towel guy). If anyone wants to visit, do not hesitate despite the pandemic. All personnel are taking the covid measures very seriously. You are safe.…

Liked : - Location is perfect - friendly staff Disliked : - The food quality isn’t good at all and below the average - food variates at dinner are limited also for desserts - The pool isn’t heated and after request to enable the heating unfortunately nothing happened - Room furniture is very old & not equivalent to 4 stars hotel - The sea in the hotel beach is very deep also they provide a boat to go another beach (zaytona ) which is also rocky

My second visit for Ocean View but the first during COVID-19 pandemic , here is my comments: - The hotel Management succeeded in maintaining the quality of everything regardless the limited number of guests - Attention to the details which makes you feel as if the hotel is fully booked -Super Easy "early" check-in -Excellent food quality with plenty of choices. -Excellent staff , special thanks to chef Tarek and Mahmoud in the restaurant for their hospitality and smile. -Zaytouna beach is awesome, shuttle boat moves every 45 mins -Some amenities needs renewal , elevators for example are a bit outdated I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back
