Honestly, there gingerale welcome drink should be a good enough of an experience for you to visit this hotel. The staff is super helpful, furniture and artpieces are one of the best displayed at any hotel and there use for colors in different corners with respect to sunlight is just breathtaking. We stayed at this beautiful hotel 3 nights.it is absolutely gorgeous such beautiful decore makes u feel like ur in European palace. Our suite had direct access to the beach and so spacious more like an apartment. Everyone in the hotel is so helpful and always ready to assist in any possible way. The manager Mr. Mohamad and the night receptionist Mariam made sure all our request were immediately available helped us to plan trips and guided us to nearby restaurants The waiters so friendly and curtious especially Slam such a great waiter. Always ready to assist w a smile and makes sure he does not interrupt our privacy. The French chef is amazing and always ready to make a special dish and checks on customers to get feedback. I will definitely cone back and tell friends to visit this amazing place. Thank you to all the staff at La maison bleue for making our stay so unforgetable…

Both myself and my wife stayed 5 nights at Lamaison bleu . I am not in the habit of writing reviews but this time I felt compelled to write a review. The hotel was way above our expectations in every respect , from the moment we arrived to the sad moment we left. The location, the architecture, the decoration, the furniture, the bedroom, the dinning room , the pool , the surroundings ,and the view kite surfers . Not only that probably the best trained staff in any hotel in the world, simply outstanding, great value for money , not to forget Pa the masseuse , from Thiland but even surpass the ones in Thailand. A special thanks to Vincent the French cook , one of the good French cooking even in France , thank you Vincent for your effort , warmth and welcome. Finally thank you Jane the manageress ,for your warmth, genuine smile and thrive to make our stay a memorable dream A special thanks to the management whom I am sure they know that we are proud of this achievement . Quite simply the best experience we have ever had at a hotel. The Maison is beautiful, the views are stunning but what makes It truly special are the staff. We felt welcome from the second we walked through the door. Met with a glass of sparkling wine and a tour of the whole hotel we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. Throughout our stay the whole team were wonderful. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy 100% of the time. From moving tables so we had the best view to organising boat trips with little notice the team at LMB were a delight. The food was delicious, the cocktails were moorish and the Spa was heavenly. Special thanks to Pa who gives the best massages my partner and I have had. We were soo sad to leave but now we are soo excited to return. Thanks LMB :-)…

Best Place for Honeymooners or Adult stay in Gouna The place will make you travel back in time to the 18th century ... Every corner in the hotel is a piece of art. The suites are spacious and luxurious. The pool is so nice with sea view. The steam and Sauna are must try. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is amazing! Best place if you are into Kite surfing. 7 min from downtown and Marina.

Nice interior and rooms but the front desk person Salim or Sarim was a huge waste of time. I asked him to order a tuk Tuk, he said one minute, and then every 5 minutes I asked where it was and he kept saying 1 minute. After 25 minutes (in now quite late) I ask what’s going on how do I sort this and he said he told me 30 minutes from the beginning and it’s not his responsibility... Salim... you are the reception at the front desk of what’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel... i don’t have a way to order a Tuk tok... who else’s job is this? Anyways would have appreciated if he said 30 minutes to start and didn’t wasn’t my time.

To anyone traveling to El Gouna or the Hurghada area looking to stay somewhere special and unique rather than in a massive tourist hotel, this is the place for you. The architecture and interior design is sublime! From the moment you walk through the entrance doors to the moment you are led to your suite, you are in awe of this boutique hotels beauty. The small details make this hotel stand out, such as the little "his and hers" cosmetic bags upon arrival, the shimmering gold body products, the color design theme of each room, the flowers at the head of the spa table and the delicious dips served with fresh bread during every meal. This hotel just proves to the entire hospitality industry that it is all in the details! Emad working in the dining area and Hussein working by the pool area are extremely thoughtful and went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our experience. Ba the masseuse has hands of gold, we definitely recommend booking a few massages! If we can just say a few small points as feedback to the hotel, the dining chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the bathrobes are anything but cozy. Otherwise there is no doubt in our mind when we recommend this stunning hotel, it is an absolute gem and we cannot wait to stay again!…

The place is spacious, very clean and very well furnished in a manner that makes you feel very royal. It had the most welcoming and friendly staff, they would do anything to make you feel happy and comfortable while ensuring that your privacy is very well kept, they would even take you to a tour in the whole hotel and the suites. the spa is very original and it works very well and it has everything you need to feel relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely go back again.
