We stayed in the Sea Garden for one night when passing through Hurghada recently. We had been in the Marriott Beach Resort several days earlier and as the Sea Garden cost more than the Marriott we had high hopes. Consider those dashed when upon walking into the cavernous lobby of this hotel in a 'seedier' part of town, we met...

The hotel is so cheap that cleaning service tides up only one bed, when there is two in the room. The hotel is so cheap that can afford meat in the kitchen, so uses fake meat instead. The hotel is so cheap that shower towels reminds door carpets. The hotel is so cheap that you can't use Visa or any card,...

The hotel properly is not too bad, maybe not to be there for a whole week but for a couple days is ok. The pool area is nice and the room also ok. The best thing is the location, really close to the New Marina and also close to Sheraton road but the worse thing the front desk lady, doesn't...

Basic hotel. The staff is excellent, the bed was good and sheets were clean, but that's the good things about the hotel. Our room had a strong smell of mold and the breakfast is really simple. Not many options and what you have is not that fresh.

The facilities are not bad for a reasonable price, a bit dirty but this is Egypt and the cheap hotels usually don't follow european cleaning standards. The customer service althought is awfull, the girl at the front desk is rude and has no idea about guest care at all. Reasonable option for a reasonable price.

Arrived late evening and was on my way to Luxor, so needed a good budget place to stay. Very satisfied with my choice, and would recommend. Staff are friendly, and it's well located for shops and the Marina (nice place to go for an evening stroll). Airport arrival is a little stressful as transport cartels operate so taxis are difficult...

The Sea Garden is a small friendly hotel with a local feel. The staff are all amazing and made my stay so wonderful. Mervat the Front of House and Reservstion Manager and Hamdy the Bell Captain were especially lovely and so professional. This was my first visit to The Sea Garden and hopefully not my last. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at the Sea Garden on several occasions. It is family run with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts are basic but enough to start the day off right. The bar is usually very quiet in the evening which is great if you want to avoid the crowds of the new marina. Rooms are a little tired but...
