Everything was just perfect! Being a regular guest for almost 8 years I have noticed a progress this year almost in everything, sorry to say except for the animation team. Chef Ashraf did an enormous effort, the taste, quality and variety of food was great. He keeps checking every single restaurant during all day long to make sure that everything is just correct, happy to say that he is the main reason to make our trip comfortable and perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed in the reception, Ramy and Belal in the restaurants, as well as all the pool bar team they are doing all their best with a nice smile. All of the team here exert maximum efforts to make the visitors happy and relax. Thanks to Mr. Botros the director of revenue. Amazing place. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many swimming pools for adults and kids as well. Night shows are very nice we enjoy a lot. The rooms are big and room services team are professional . I highly recommend this resort .

Everything was in perfect order, from the cleanliness to the service at any bar or restaurant, even though the resort is big, there was never a problem to sit anywhere or find a sunbed anywhere, either by the pools or on the beach by the sea. I recommend a great vacation to everyone. I would just consider the change of sitting on the room balcony is a little uncomfortable, but it is true that there is not much time left to sit. Every day there is a varied program until the evening.

Arrived after a very long day to what I would say were adequate but dated rooms. Block 11 were cleaned daily and well maintained . Block 10 and 38 where my grandchildren stayed did not receive the same service which I’m annoyed at. Food on arrival was shocking to say the least and we went to bed hungry, although the staff here are very attentive my view is slit of reviews are forced by the team to make the hotel seem better than it is !!! I’ve travelled to Egypt for over 30 years staying in sone beautiful hotels without any need for visits to the chemist . However our whole family if 13 have been troubled with stomach issues sone beefing 3 courses of tablets , it’s not alcohol related as one of us doesn’t drink at all and I myself drink very little. The pool areas are not cleaned regularly and scum can be witnessed in the pool. The volume of people not washing hands or leaving the pool for many hours drinking is of concern . Yes people return many times and leave fantastic reviews and are on first name terms with the staff but I feel there should be more consistency in this hotel for new guests. Staff good mostly , hotel a bit dated and definitely something not right with hygiene somewhere…

This is the second time my friends and I visit this hotel. Fisrtly i would thank Mr amr in receiption was very helpful .( and that the only thing is good in this vacation) . We face terrible issues in SRM which affect our vacation .i injured from electrcity of the coffee machine me and my friend in the bar near to aqua pool and when we complained to the bar man manager he defence his position and dont hear our says and say exaclty ( you injured because your feet is wet by water ) which is very bad comment regarding our issue . My firend have pain in stomach for two days from qulaity of food .and we dot treatment from the hotel to try to enjoy the remaining time of our vacation ... Finally we are repaeated guest for more than 4 years 2 or 3 times yearly and we decide not to come again after what happened to us as overall services and quality go down( food , activites , night shows) .and other hotels in group are going up like garden which i went in eid it was very very great comparing SRM Now .…
