I had to go to a sudden trip to Labasa and as always chose to stay at the Northpole Hotel. I was billeted at the older Northpole Hotel (there is a new wing available) and had a terrible experience here. The staffs at the old wing are terrible with zero customer service levels, and looks like they are too tired...

Checked into the hotel and had a midnight drama of bed bugs spoiling my nights rest which I desperately needed as I had travelled from Suva and had a early morning start which ended in the evening. Fortunately the night staff was helpful to relocate me into another room upstairs in the new wing where I stayed for the remainder...

The hotel staff members were courteous, friendly and accommodating, and the room was a decent size with good furniture and clean. The bed was very comfortable - an important factor when one is travelling for business. Breakfast was was included at the diner downstairs and that was adequate. The one draw back was the many stairs that one had to...

Situated in central Labasa , this hotel is ideal for visitors. Neat , clean & secured with friendly staff who attend to you all day. Breakfast is inclusive & their sandwich is the best in town. Boneless chicken curry in dinner menu is awesome.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable hotel in Labasa I recommend this one. It's not fancy, I wouldn't necessarily want to go there for a vacation but it's clean and comfortable. There are two locations of this establishment in town and I stayed in the newer of the two. I have heard the other isn't as nice however...

I was really happy when I booked into this hotel because its different from other hotels in Labasa that I have been to. Its the most clean and stylish (sort of). The room is serviced daily. It has a flat TV screen, bar fridge and coffee making area. Love the room sofa and very relaxing. You may get disturbed by...

We stayed here in June and were trully surprised. Located in the middle of the town, very clean, service great. Have Fiji water available at the desk if you need. Only advise ask about the breakfast or they "forget" to tell you.

we stayed here for one night, initially we called to make reservations and was advised we will be emailed our confirmation, which we did not receive. We contacted them and was advised that reservation had been confirmed. A week later, we received a call from the assistant manager (Artika Singh) discussing the price and inclusions. We were advised by her...
