Not sure how anyone can say the have been to Fiji when they have not had the opportunity to visit Palmlea Farms Lodge & Bures. This is such an amazing place that is only shadowed by the staff they employ. Way off the beaten path over a hill and through the woods you will find paradise in the middle of... More

I was only at Farmlea for two nights, a quick stay whilst working in the area, really didn't want to leave! The attention to detail by Malti is tops, perfect service and food delicious too. It's just a tranquil unspoiled haven. No TV meant going for a walk and swim and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. Thank you so much for... More

It's not all that often that I'm pleasantly surprised but Palmlea was a massive delight. We stayed here for 3 nights during a two week visit to the island. We were somewhat skeptical as we aren't really resort people. Rooms are as advertised, serviceable, and comfortable. Location is amazingly quiet and Stunningly beautiful. Food is a delight and they really... More

...the title of my review is what my 5 year old daughter cried as we left Palmlea. It pretty much sums up how both of us felt. Palmlea was exactly what both her and I needed. Joe and Julie treated us like an extension of their family since the moment we arrived. We had a fabulous bure that was incredibly... More

We spent 4 nights at Palmlea Farms Lodge & Bures at the end of February. We were on our way to Australia with a “free stopover in Fiji” on Fiji Airways. It was a perfect opportunity to see something of Fiji and we wanted someplace to relax. Palmlea Farms Lodge & Bures was wonderful. Julie and Joe were the perfect... More

We loved Palmlea - the location was stunning - with views of the ocean, a delightful walk down to the sea, set in hilly rural countryside; bures were simple and attractive, but most of all the staff were attentive, very welcoming, and with fascinating stories. Meals were good. Highly recommended for those wanting to escape from pressured tourist locations, and... More

Julie and Joe have created a very special place that is very hard to leave! The comfortable and clean bures are designed around spectacular views of the Great Sea Reef, where snorkelling and diving await. Less active days can be spent with a book in the garden or lazing next to the 25m lap pool. The food is fantastic, as... More
