Making a booking over the phone they would only take it for the one night and asked me to check when I arrived about further nights. The price I was quoted was not for the room key we were given. There was only one threadbare logo'd towel for two to share and the nightclub (obviously not soundproofed) thumped away downstairs....

Pathetic service. Staffs act and treat as they doing a favour to guests. Food quality is so bad that I will refuse to feed it to my dogs... Very bad overall... 1/10. Came with family to enjoy a nice dinner and good company... very big mistake. Never coming here or recommending anyone...

Had the unfortunate (dis)pleasure of having to stay at Lautoka Hotel whilst awaiting a Medical Workshop. For the rate of $100- deluxe room, it was very disappointing. No breakfast included, there were rude staff and the room looked old and rundown. The couch was torn and the ceiling paint was falling apart amongst other things. What was worse was that...

This place was an emergency accomodation after the cyclone and room smelt of smoke, the mattress was so old it sunk in the middle. We had mice in the room. The restaurant was just as bad. No service and cockroaches running around. The bar staff ripped us off on the bill but didn't apologise. Never expected this in Fiji

We arrived at Lautoka Hotel on the night of 22 Feb just 2 days after the Monster hurricane Winston aftermath. I had picked this hotel as it was highly recommended by my Mrs. Well on our way to Lautoka Hotel our reservation was done by phone which was confirmed to us. We arrived at the hotel only to be told...

The hot water didn't work. The lady at the desk was absolutely rude. The air condition didn't work properly. That sums up my trip. Needs upgrading. I wouldn't recommend it to any family or friend. The pool is small and the rest of the comments from other members are basically true.

I called and booked a Standard room. Upon making the booking I clearly mentioned Room 200. Upon Check-in i m given room 206 and i asked the front desk why i m given room 206 key when i made a booking in Room 200. The Fijian boy at the front desk who made my booking was doing that shift and...

It has a nice swimming pool and keeps bookings without an upfront payment but parking is a problem and the nearby club makes the environment noisy and insecure. We booked for 3 people and they only gave two towels upon asking. The shower unit had tiles missing and the shower was broken. This hotel definitely needs to be upgraded.

We were going to stay the night but didn't. It was really too complicated. We stopped to use WIFI and have a beer in the restaurant. They would not accept US cash where as many many other places in FIJI do, but this didn't really bother us and we understood. We got FIJI cash and to pay everything is first...

I recently went to Lautoka hotel a month ago, the service I must say is slow. Went to their dinning hall, which had a wide range of selection. I ordered a burger and must say it was the worst I've ever eaten, the patties they used was a factory made one. Really small and I must say really tasteless. I...
