I booked a garden view bure, and was upgraded to an ocean view when we arrived, at no additional cost. I plan to go back in the future and will book Ocean view next time- it was really spectacular! Impressive care has been taken with the design of the resort and bures- no bugs in the room, spaced well apart,...

Nicely situated on a hillside with a beach overlooking the ocean (including the direction of the sunset). Very friendly and helpful staff. When we visited the resort went from almost empty to half full but the staff provided the same friendly genuine service and maintained the same "real Fiji" atmosphere. It is a place to go on a quiet family...

The Wananavu Beach Resort is a beautiful oasis on the north coast of Viti Levu. Also known as the Sunshine Coast. This resort is well maintained and operated. The Fijian staff are all amazing! Always happy and willing to help. The dinning was very good!! The atmosphere is excellent! I would recommend this hotel to any one looking for a...

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Wananavu resort in Fiji. We stayed there after spending 7 nights in the Yasawas. I was glad that I had experienced the islands first, as that experience seemed much more like the “real Fiji” and Wananavu seemed more like a medium-sized resort. Nonetheless, after 7 nights in a very rustic setting on...

We went here for a mates wedding last year and it was with some trepidation after an average Fiji experience but this place blew us away. Great accommodation, great food, awesome relaxed atmosphere I would recommend this place to anyone . The only downside is the three hour bus trip but we'll worth it when you arrive.

Wananavu is a fantastic resort! The dive operation is top shelf and very conscientious and well run. The rooms are lovely and clean, and the staff are all quite helpful. The food is good, if not the absolute best, and the entertainment was very good and constant. I highly recommend this resort if looking for a diver vacation in which...

This is a beautiful secluded hotel with private beach and dive centre. Its a place to escape from the big cities and a real paradise! There is nothing much to do, no television, no radio but for those who like Scuba Diving they have there own dive centre. The dive centre has two boats and there are two tank dives...

In June of 2014 12 divers from Mississippi traveled to Wananavu Beach Resort and we had 9 glorious days with 13 dives. The Last dive was the Cat's Meow and it was like diving in an overcrowded exotic fish aquarium with the most beautiful soft coral. The Dive Staff was the very best. So friendly and just fit in with...

This is a great resort, the road leading to the resort is unsealed so a bit of a rough ride for 3 to 5 kms. They offered complimentary drinks on arrival and the rooms were neat and tidy. There were no telephones and TV in the room so guests could indulge in relaxation. The staff and service was exceptional.

Our group of 12 divers stayed in June 2014. The Staff was wonderful. As a dive group, our gear was taken care of by the Dive Team all week. They collected our dive gear from our rooms when we arrived and rinsed and dried it everyday. We had 6 days of 2 tank boat dives. We all used the on-site...
