Whilst on the island for a few days with friends we took the opportunity to book a couple of dives with PADI shop. Angel, who runs the shop with her husband, was very friendly and was kind enough to give a local rate for the two dives which made it very economical. All gear was supplied and whilst some of...

I came here for the windsurfing, which was good, as the winds were consistent and strong. Although, I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. You pay $75 for a meal plan and in exchange you get maybe $5 worth of food for the entire day- corn flakes for breakfast, bread and cheese or maybe a can of tuna for lunch,...

I can't recommend this accomodation at all. It was Incredibly dirty. The water bassin was full of ants because there was food inside and the water didn't flow off. The WC didn't work as well when you were lucky you could find some toilet paper. The dorm was full of insects. There were bugs on the beds and the sheets...

After reading the reviews about this place I decided to stay elsewhere in the island. However, I wanted to dive and these guys are the only operators based in nananu-i-ra. I went to the safari lodge two times. The first time the dice people were away, I left my phone number and they never called back. The second time I...

We spent four nights and had an absolutely fantastic time. Thats not to say this place is perfect. Far from it. Initially there was a mix up with our boat transfer but It was handled immaculately and we were upgraded to a Bure which was way beyond expected. Honestly the food was worse than poor. It was obvious that the...

I happened to be in Ra coming to stay a couple nights on Nananu-I-Ra and was asking about diving options. Safari came recommended at my accommodation. Loved this place and the new crew that Warren has. I initially wanted to just do some fun dives but he convinced me to put some adventure dives towards my AOWD. Three dives and...

A great place for budget and environmental travelers. Totally off the grid. Yummy food and you can request things as well. (To be delivered the next day) Amazing instruction, I learned how to windsurf on a long board and my bf improved his kite surfing and learned how to do a pop with a down loop.

Nice communal area, lots of activities to chose from: snorkel, scubadive, windsurf, kyte, wakeboard and RELAX. This is a friendly human size hotel that feels more like a home stay. You'll get to know the locals eat together and watch a movie at night. Don't expect the Ritz, you are powered by a wind turbine and go with the flow...

What a great week. A friend and I decided to revisit windsurfing after a few years away and picked Safari Lodge as the best location. Consistent trade winds meant we got plenty of windsurfing and when their was a lull we could enjoy snorkeling amongst the amazing fish and chilling in the sun. Warren Francis and the team created a...

Honestly, I should have read the other Trip Advisor reviews before deciding to come here. My inquiry e-mail was met with a friendly response from the owner, Warren, encouraging me to come as soon as possible, assuring me there was hot water and wonderful diving. I soon learned that this laid back, seemingly charming personality was just a phony way...
