This is a very good hotel with amazing rooms and ambience. Me and my mum visited for 3 nights and all was good bar some very minor improvements required in the room. The quality of the hotel is amazing overall and the for in the restaurant is great too with a lot of choice for Breakfast and dinner. The staff were very attentive especially Tulsi (Front Desk Manager). Reception staff were superb and so were the restaurant staff. Room attendance was very prompt and the laundry service was just as I expected if not better.
There were some very small issues which has made me give a 4/5 rating otherwise definitely worth a 5. There was bubbling paint in many areas, slight leak from the shower cubicle which made floor mat really wet and most importantly the mattress was extremely soft so not good for anyone who has a bad back. I was told the mattresses were new but if you looked at them they were uneven and softer on one side than the other. I think the hotel definitely need to upgrade the mattress to better quality hotel mattresses for keep additional hard mattresses for people with a bad back.
Tulsi diid try everything in his power but the higher management need to take on board what the on duty manager is saying as the feedback customers provide through him is really important for any hotel to be a success. They did provide a spare bed to try but this was equally soft so me and my mum slept in turns on the sofa which was more comfortable than the bed. When I have booked a large room with a living area the last thing I want is a spare bed plonked ni the middle of the room or put where the sofas are which was suggested as I have paid for a larger room for the sitting area not for it to be blocked.
All other issues I raised were fixed promptly however for the hotel to maintain its quality each room needs updating or fixing on a regular basis as it can give a bad impression. I know Jamnagar is hot and can be humid henc the damage to the walls etc, but this needs to be fixed straight away to give a good impression to visitors also things like presentation of furniture and cleanliness of the hotel from cleaning the floor to dust on the shelves etc.
One other minor this is that the rooms have a safe but they are not fixed, it seems they have been forgotten so they have just been placed on the top large shelf of the wardrobe, and if you are short like me there is no way you could reach to put anything in. I ultimately carried t out and put it on the base of the cabinet inside at the bottom where you hang your clothes. But like I said anyone can carry it out as it is not fixed which its a seciurity issue that the hotel should address.
Overall a great stay and I will stay here again. Comments made are for the betterment of the hotel and hopefully will see some of the changes applied on our next stay.

My stay was truly excellent, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding hospitality provided by Karan Bharadiya and Akash Kumar. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made a significant positive impact on my overall experience.
Beyond the exceptional service provided by Karan and Akash, I found the entire staff to be remarkably cooperative and helpful. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The level of teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive.
The hygiene of my room was also excellent. It was clear that the housekeeping staff took great pride in their work, as the room was consistently clean, well-organized, and thoroughly sanitized. This attention to detail contributed significantly to my comfort and peace of mind.
I must commend the breakfast offerings. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality of the food was outstanding.

Sayaji is a god hotel. And what makes it better are the people. Everyone tries hard to make your stay comfortable. I appreciate the assistance given by the front desk and the concierge. There are areas of improvement though. Housekeeping can make a better effort and the restaurant can also be more attentive towards the needs of the guests.

Most amazing hotel. Cleanliness is their top of the priority together with outstanding customer services. Entire team is what makes this place special for its customers and guests. From being greeted by team when we arrived , to the front desk to the Special Mr. Arjun , Akash & Ekta finally that takes care and cleans the rooms. Most amazing service. We felt welcomed warmly and every step of the stay were asked for our feedback if anything was needed for our needs. Everyone at this place makes it special for what it is and offers the highest standards in customer services. Highly recommend this hotel while in Jamnagar for any visits. Good location.

The experience was very soothing and wonderful. The staff at front desk named Ranjit, Bindiya and other staff where very friendly and cordial with me and my family. Restaurant food was also Very delicious and hygienic. Restaurant staff was also very attentive and helpful. Do visit whenever in town as it is one of the best in Jamnagar.

We booked Sayaji for our honeymoon and the hotel was so beautiful and clean.
Food and beverages were super good . We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. We took both dinner and breakfast in room itself and food was so delicious and hygienic. Special thanks to Manpreet who treated us like her family. Thanks for the candle light dinner arranged by the hotel it was amazing. We will surely visit again. Book it guys without a single doubt .
