Dear Mr Anil, We appreciate your review. We normally recommend clients to avoid the rush time during breakfast and I am sorry you had to wait but assure you that it is normally max 10min. Our restaurant is one of the largest in Manali with 75 covers. Due to covid the PWD has not been able to get the road work done but we assure you the same will be repaired by this week. We look forward welcoming you again for us to meet your expectations.

We have visited this hotel in first week of July. after reading a lot of reviews about the hotel here We were confused, but We thought to give a chance and below is our experience. Pros: 1. Very good views from the resort. 2. A very good package for picnic available. If you are a honeymooner, you should try this package. They have a mountain top location surrounded with apple orchards, Its a perfect place to spend some quality time together away from the noise and crowd of the Manali city and other nearby famous destination. 3. When we have visited this property owner is also staying there, they are doing there best to fill the gaps. 4. They have a good kids play area, and pets. Cons: 1. Service need to be improved, staff is good but seems to be overloaded with work(might be less staff due to covid-19 guidelines). 2. Room service should be available 24*7. 3. There is a miss in connection with customer, staff should be more trained to connect with customers. 4. Food quality is average, but menu need to be improved, variety needs to be added. P.S. When we are staying there we see many visitors misbehaves with staff if there is something not inline of their expectations. Personally we don't like this behavior as in this Covid-19 time everyone is stressed. If you guys visiting any property and not able to find anything inline with your expectation just write a note to the owner/manager, do not scold the staff(they are also humans and facing more challenge as tourism is the badly effected sector by Covid-19).

We had a 3 night stay at the cottage with family , no doubt the stay was nice , good ambience but the service was really pathetic . Even the food quality is below average.and the worst part was that ; when we asked them from just few crockery in our room they told for extra charges( i have traveled a lot but never seen any hotels or resorts for such services)

Dear Praveen, Sorry about your experience not being as per your expecatation. The cottages are built away from the main block to give it privacy and the average service time for F&B is about 30 - 45 min which are team informs the clients. We do not charge for crockery.

We were lucky to get the best rooms available in at this lovely property. From the breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains to the warm hospitality in the cold weather, we have a super pleasant stay. The food could surely need a little improvement, but whatever was missing was more than made up the ever courteous and smiling staff.
