We stayed in Kochi for five weeks at the Mickey Villa. This facility is very clean and in excellent location. Shopping, restaurant, beach ---- everything is close by. Our landlord and landlady -- Russell and Ethel are wonderful people always eager to help. They found maid and a cook for us. Even though there was no facility for tenant to...

The rooms were clean and well kept. The property location in Cochin is very convenient - an easy walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable - showing us around and arranging local tours such as Kerala backwaters and Munnar tea plantation tour. We enjoyed the new year's celebrations and carnival procession which...

This is our second stay at Micky Villa at Fort Kochi. The fact we returned to this established indicates that we were very satisfied with our stay the first time round. This is a very neat and clean place. The rooms are cosy and air-conditioned, with balconies that provide a hidden glimpse into street life. Please note that the street...

Micky villa is set on a quiet street not far from the area full of good restaurants and other services. The owner – Russel D’Costa is directly involved in the management of the residence. He was able to advise and organise a trip to the backwaters – an excellent day trip. Would highly recommend this if you are in Kochi...

A very clean property well maintained by Russell the owner. He was extremely helpful and always happy to make suggestions and organise any taxis etc. The location is really good; under 10 mins walk to the port, but there are restaurants and cafes much closer. The room we had was downstairs, did not have a balcony, and the Internet connection...

Stayed here for about four days. it was slghtly spartan, but immaculately clean, convenient and safe. It was also extremely good value. Rusell (owner) was very helpful, pointing out the best places to eat. We also liked the ability to use the kitchen for breakfasts, snacks etc.

Initial deposit done via paypal, rest was paid in cash (rupees) The homestay is walking distance to everything (about 10 minutes but I promise it's not a...
