I absolutely loved staying at Beena's home stay. Beena and her husband are really lovely people. they cooked very delicious foods every morning and the night.
Their house is in a very good location-very close to Chinese fishing nets,arts,cafes and Kathakali center.

I stayed at Beena's for two weeks and know I'll go back there if I go back to Kochi again. Wonderful place. I had to work whilst there and the WiFi was excellent.
The rooms were spotless, and sheets/towels were changed every 3 days.
