We had a good stay at Hotel Azora, Fortkochi, mid of Aug 2022,with our family . Very helpful and understanding courtious staff members makes us very comfortable. The Suite room was spacious, clean and neat with all necessary amenities. The pool at the roof top was good. Picture perfect angles, throughout the hotel, made our camera busy throughout the stay. We had very delious food from their restaurant-Cafe Noir. It is French Casual dining place and don't expect South Indian menu here.If you are particularly looking for Indian food,especialy south Indian there are plenty of good restaurants within 1 min walk form Azora. Fortkochi walk way is close by. You will get boat / ferry services to Ernakulam/Vypin, by just 5 minutes walk from this hotel. You will be really surprised by this cheapest means of travel one can get.

Stayed at Azora for three nights in January. Hotel is in a quite place but closer to some very good restaurants and just few minutes walk to the heart of Fort Kochi area as well as Mattancherry area. Plus, it is very close to the Ernakulam ferry and the Vypin Island ferry. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay - everyone smiling, welcoming and ready to go beyond to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is a newly renovated one and provides all the necessity for a relaxing end to the day. Since we were celebrating our anniversary during the stay, the staff did several surprises for us - making it feel more special. There is only one area of improvement in our opinion - the breakfast options provided as part of the room rate can be expanded to include more options. Apart from this, it was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the hospitality a lot.

Newish property close to the Ferry jetty, Ayatana is probably one of the best places to stay in the Fort Kochi area. The Fort Kochi beach and Jew town are fairly close by and you have enough food options nearby.
Umesh and Vicky do a great job with the hospitality and attention to detail. Decided to extend our stay since the experience on day 1 was fantastic.

This was a fantastic hotel. We stayed New Year’s Eve and the staff decorated the bed with petals and left us a gift. Pool quiet. Nice seating are outside on roof terrace. Very private. The breakfast was fantastic. It would be nice to have a few local dishes on the menu. Staff very polite and helpful- stored our luggage- felt very safe. A few metres from the ferry station and town so great location..ignore Google maps it has the hotel in the wrong place.

Just had a splendid stay at Azora by ayatona in Fort Kochi! Though our stay was brief but we were bowled over by the commendable team! Every inch of the property has been done up very tastefully. The entire team is very polite, hospitable and very attentive to guests. We also enjoyed the sumptuous meals served at the restaurant. Great experience. From the time we checked in we felt very welcomed. We were greeted by Umesh who made the checkin process quick and painless. We were upgraded to a fabulous room by Dinuj Viswanathan (General Manager) and Umesh Kumar Panda. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and Lexy at reception was able to give us some good pointers on where to shop for the best products. The standard of cleanliness was very high. The checkout was made equally simple by Lexy. I would highly recommend Azora and will definitely stay here the next time I visit.

Dinuj and his team was in touch, with all the information and help, as soon as my sister and I had confirmed our reservations. Umesh then took over and with the same professionalism ensured we had a great stay. The decor is chic with black and white checkered flooring everywhere. No carpets so no musty smells. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is of a high quality. The rooms are well appointed. The staff are smiling and ever ready to help which was a BIG change from attitudes elsewhere in Fort Kochi! As we were there for the Biennale, the Azora was most conveniently located: walking distance from most venues. We will go back again!

Stayed at the property in Aug 2022. This is a very quaint heritage hotel that has been upgraded with a modern outlook. The Hotel offers comfortable rooms but most of the rooms have rooftops as a view. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The single restaurant offers mainly continental dishes which is a welcome change in Kerala. There are manly good eating places outside that provide excellent Kerala traditional cuisine, so you have best of both worlds.

Hospitality on point. Amazing food and decent rooms. We had been to Azora for celebrating one of our special moments in life. Mr Dinu & his team had been a wonderful host making sure we were treated special and made it a memorable stay. This is my 4th trip to Kerala. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Our room was tiny and very dark. Windows are facing a very close wall (see picture). We had a hard time getting power from the outlets. Shower has no hose, you must shower the head. Spot on the sheet (picture). The main lobby is freezing cold, about 18C, you cannot stay there. We found an empty main desk at 9:30 pm and had someone called to get our key. There is no garden and surroundings are awful. Avoid this place.

Dear Mr. Dennis,
We regret that you have had to cancel your booking with us and what you state is normally true. However, you may have missed the last line on our cancellation policy that clearly states " No refund for cancellation during Peak Season (December 21st ‘17 to January 07th ‘18)"
Having said that, as a special case what we can do is allow you to either reconfirm your booking for the same date (latest by the 11th Of December 2017) or take this booking up anytime within the next one year period and we will be happy to adjust the amount received at the prices during that period.
We hope this is acceptable to you as we would definitely love to have you stay with us.

No, we do not have a licensed bar within Ayana Fort Kochi. However there is a very good beer and wine place right across the road. Also we can help procure alcohol for you from the licensed shops and you can consume the same in your room.
There are more places to choose from in the Kochi (Cochin) area.
