Nadia was an amazing host! The food was delicious and we enjoyed knowing she makes the rich chocolate cake herself! We recommend the chicken stew and the mango curry fish, they were to die for. Recommend this any day! Thanks Nadia! With love Emirates crew

Firstly, the staff was very helpful with all queries and went out of their way to ensure that we had a good stay. The location is close to major attractions in Fort Kochi. Soaps and towels provided , bottled water on request which is chargeable. Breakfast included bread,eggs,fruits which was light but good enough to give you a start for the day. Dinner was decent though plenty of restaurant options around the hotel.Did not use the hotel Wifi. Hotel has about 6-8 rooms. prefer a ac room instead of non ac. Powercuts were a bummer though. Hotel also will arrange trips and boat tours. We did nt try it. Would definitely prefer to stay here for short trips and for the helpful staff.

The so-called North Indian meals served at this restaurant is tasteless. Apart from salt, the food hardly has any spices. A complete disappointment. The service is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. The ambience is quaint.

Rasa is wonderfully located - within walking distance to a few historical attractions in Fort Kochi, art galleries and cafes, yet still maintain the good balance of calm and chilled atmosphere.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard but definitely sufficient to get you going.
The superior room is not as picturesque as the official Management photos, however it still holds the same charms and quite pleasant for a short stay.
Definitely recommended!

After reading some of the reviews that were not too complimentary about the service and food we thought we would leave our opinion. The waiter was great (James/Janas) spent a lot of time chatting to us and giving us advice of where to visit locally. As previously mentioned in other reviews the restaurant does not serve alcohol. We had smoothies which were lovely and lemonade which was pretty much just water with lemon. The food was perfectly good. We've had better admittedly but it really was very acceptable. Food was a little bit slow to come out but not unacceptable. Chocolate cake and ice cream to die for. Decor bright and welcoming with wall art. Recommend you give the restaurant a try

The hotel is located right in the market area in Fort Kochi. The decor is very artistically done and the rooms are cosy. The bathrooms are a little too small but otherwise the rooms are well ventilated, clean and cosy.

One word, avoid! This was the worst dining experience I have had in India. The waiter was at first uninterested but soon just became plain rude. I had to ask someone else to serve us. Please spend your money somewhere else, they do not deserve it here.

I can only comment on the dinner which was disappointing. The smoothies were excellent, service good but the food average. We ordered an aloo baigun but there was hardly any baigun/aubergine and a pumpkin stew that had next to no pumpkin and was nearly entirely lentils. It was dhal really. They weren't too flavoursome and with little spice. A shame as I think effort is going into trying to make it a nice restaurant.

I booked a room for only one night but then i was forced to travel sooner to fort kochi due to harthal. The place is quite small but nice and clean. Check-in process was quick. Laundry service is available. And the team is always offer help if you need some travel tips. Good breakfast too. Hot water is available.

Stopped here for a drink and everything about it was wrong! Service was messy and a bit clueless. We asked for a coffee with coconut milk which they said they couldn't do even though coconut milk was on the menu - no flexibility unlike a lot of other places in the area. Green tea was incredibly bitter and not enjoyable. We also asked for a bottle of water which was forgotten about. The music kept skipping and stopping which was annoying too. We left without finishing our drinks and didn't return. I hope the accommodation is better than the restaurant.
